Chen's Express Kitchen

I frequently order from Chen's but today they messed up on my order. When I called back to let them know, the guy on the phone had real bad attitude. I was told that he will confront the delivery guy. I figured its not the deliverys guys fault but whoever was packing the order. 40 mins later, the delivery guy knocks on my door and brought me the rice that was missing. He even cursed at me after he rudely handed me the missing rice. I will not order from Chen's again. It doesnt matter how busy you are, you should be respectful to your customers when you are the one who made the mistake! I regret tipping!

Love the wonton soup! Very thick noodle instead of papery thin. Have been ordering from Chen's for over 10 years and am consistently happy with the food.

incredibly late delivery - 1 hour 10 minutes and counting; when i called i got attitude and the "yeah yeah, guy just left" line. never ordering here again.

The food is ok but the delivery men have been extremely rude. Every night I have ordered they call me and wait outside with my food sitting on the ground and then i have to pick it up off the ground. Last night I stood at the door and made the guy pick my food up off the ground and kindly asked him to please not put my food on the ground anymore-- for obvious reasons. He got rude with me speaking his language and shooved my food at me. That is the very last time I will ever order anything from them.

Ordered the chicken with cashew nuts and it was inedible; had to throw it out. The egg roll was fine, so maybe just don't order that dish, but it was so bad I won't order anything from here again.

It may all seem the same, but this is the best Egg Roll, General Tsos i've had in long time. Fast Delivery and Cheap.

Delivery took over one hour. When I called to check on it they were quite rude. Food was cold by the time I got it and when I asked the delivery guy what took so long he just gave me a blank stare.

Wow.. I found my new favorite go-to Chinese take out place! I'm Cantonese by the way but I do love my semi-Americanized Chinese take out. the Pork fried rice is quite delicious and the shrimp are big!

The food here is delicious. A step above most delivery places. However, the one time I placed a large order for 8 people, they forgot two orders of rice and didn't read the special instructions for the vegetarian meal. Otherwise, I do recommend this place.
