Chicago Pizza

Food overall not good. Salad sent without dressing. "Grinder" was poor quality cold cuts on sub-par, half-stale bread. Called about the salad dressing and the guy went on and on about "the trainee made your salad and obviously doesn't know how we do things," basically just passive-aggressively reprimanding the trainee through me. Did not offer to fix the problem.

Overall they are open at 3am which is great in boston and I'd order again. That said, our veggie pizza was ordinary. But what didn't go we'll was their "honest ade orange-mango with mangosteen" was actually Crush. Also the driver refused to come from the entrance of our building to our floor. But thanks for staying up late!

I have ordered from Chicago Pizza multiple times and over that time they've gotten progressively worse. This last time when I ordered pizza the pizza arrived incredibly late (an hour and a half) and the delivery man dropped the pizza off at the front desk and called us to tell us to just pick it up there. The pizza was cold, overcooked, and had virtually no cheese on it (it was a spinach and feta pizza, so no cheese is just tomato sauce and spinach). I liked their pizza earlier but now it just keeps disappointing (This is probably the 4th to 5th time I've been disappointed). I'm sure now that these aren't "one-off" events and it is just a bad pizza place and so I will never order from there again.
