Chicken House

I ordered two Caesar salads (one with chicken/one without). The salads were made with Iceberg lettuce, the dressing was watered-down and the chicken was so hard and dry it should be against-the-law to call it chicken. I'm only giving one star because I cannot leave the rating field blank. Order at your own risk.

Their Ceasar Salad and Chicken Ceasar Salad were horrible. The person answering the phone was completely unprofessional. They were willing to refund for one salad but NOT both salads. The salads were made with shredded Iceburg lettuce and grated parmesean cheese. They must have added water to the dressing because that's what it tasted like. AND, the chicken had to have been a least a day old. Unbelievable. (Romaine lettuce and shaved parmesean cheese is a Ceasar Salad)

I order in all the time. It has been a long time since I was so disappointed. Of the 6 dishes I ordered 5 arrived. 2 Chicken Dishes Two Sandwiches and 1 Potato wedge dish. After tasting each dish I through it all out. Worse than the cheapest possible cafeteria food. As a matter of fact all five dishes tasted remarkably the same. Like cardboard dipped in grease.

This is the most disgusting over priced cafeteria food I have ever eaten. They should be ashamed of even cooking it. Never ordering from here ever again even if it's the apocalypse and I'm starving to death.

The wings were good but the Pizza was terrible. Sauce was tasteless which I guess was attributed to the fact they did not put a lot of it on the pizza. The dough was soft, almost to a point where I had to make sure it was cooked all the way. Toppings were generous enough. Also took forever to be delivered (at least 15 mins longer than the estimate range).

Disgusting food, the salad consisted of shredded deli lettuce and had little dressing... chicken was OK but sinewy. Not enough sauce with the chicken.

Very nice and fresh-tasting food. The French fries were delicious, not overcooked and not particularly greasy. The chicken tenders, hot dog and hamburger were also very good. As someone mentioned before, everything still tasted great after reheating. I'm certainly ordering again.

This place is honestly awesome. Fast delivery. GREAT fried chicken, wings, spinach feta squares, pizza. Had 7 friends over last night and all raved about the pizza and wings. Probably ordered 15 times and never had a complaint.

Don't waste your time or your money. They were an hour late AND they brought the wrong sandwich. When I called to complain, I was told that there was nothing they can do.

Fried chicken was good, everything else I tried kinda meh. Recently, though, they dropped my favorite off the menu. How can a place called The Chicken House not have fried chicken? I'm puzzled.
