RUDE. When I called for the status of delivery I was told that it just left and would be here in 20-30 minutes, to which I asked, "Won't our food be cold?" and he said, "Yeah. Sorry," and hung up. Never again - there are too many other awesome restaurants on Seamless to waste my time here. (BTW - Seamless was excellent about helping out with the situation!)

This is some of the worst Mediterranean food I have eaten. Hummus wasn't so bad, but the Falafel, Salad, Eggplant were all terrible. Kabab was only bearable.

Food is good but they are putting in less and less meat and adding more rice.

Hummus is okay. Falafel is dry and tasteless. Really pathetic. (Try Taim for amazing falafel btw). Pita is just okay. My order just now had an enormous black hair solidly enconced in the tahini which found it's entire length inside my mouth. I'm not usually freaked out by anything like that but it was kinda tacky to say the least. I wish I liked this place better but I just think their fast food model really doesn't do help the quality of the food.

This place is awful. We waited more than 75 minutes for a delivery order and finally gave up.

This is healthy and tasty - who in America would believe that possible??? I did enjoy the Shawafel - it has both falafel and chicken and very tasty. The sauces are rich and innovative; very hard to copy the texture and taste at home so definitely worth coming into the restaurant to dine. One thing about the lines though - too long- better to have 1 person shouting out the pre-ordered pickup/seamless web orders rather than have them wait on the same line people are placing orders on. Terrific!

Good food when they can get your order right. I order twice in a row and both times I get random food. At least this last time they gave me 5 pita packs, nice to be up for a change.
