Food is decent but the delivery is horrible. First time, took 90 minutes. Gave them a second chance because every place has off nights. Second attempt was 2 hours. Will not be giving them a third.

The food is decent for delivery, but they are not able to deliver in the 30-45 minute window that's listed on the site. I've never received my order in under an hour. Typically, it's an hour and fifteen minutes. Just work that into your timing.

The food is great, but the delivery can be slow! Despite promises of 30-45 minutes it has often times taken OVER an hour and half before delivery. It ruins an otherwise great food delivery experience, unfortunate...

The sushi was excellent despite arriving two full hours after my order. How long does it take to cut fish and drive a few blocks? Poor form.

The food is fantastic! The delivery is awful. Every order has been 30-45 minutes longer than is stated. If the food wasn't so good, I wouldn't order from them.

Took 2 hours to deliver (ordered at 5:30pm), 2 out 4 rolls were incorrect, and there are only 3 gyoza for $9. Food was good though for what we actually ordered.
