my order came and T14 was missing. this is not the first time. last time china moon sent the missing order and charged tips so this time I told them im not paying tips on their mistake. china moon said will send missing order. after 3 minutes called back and said the package lady specifically put the food in the bag and it was impossible because it was special order. I told her we can return the whole order and she hung up on me. needless to say we'll never order from them again. the cashier should be fired because obviously she's very consistent on being rude

Horrible seamless web service. They disregarded my order that wasplaced and called back later to inform me that they will not deliver as the restaurant has closed. The lady apologized and then hung up the phone. China Moon is extremely rude to a paying customer!

China Moon's food is always fresh and hot as if it just came out of the kitchen. The delivery timing is exceptional good.

Terrible, TERRIBLE interpretation of Thai green curry. It was clear, like a thick broth, and lacked the vibrant thai curry taste. Also, very skimpy on the meat-- the filling was mostly carrots and potatoes, which are not even typical inclusions of this dish. Will not be ordering from China Moon again.

I ordered from China Moon via Seamless Web at noon and they estimated that my order would take 30-45 minutes to arrive. Over an hour and a half later, my food had yet to arrive, and I spent my entire lunch break starving and irritable. When I finally received my order, the salad that I paid for as part of the lunch special was nowhere to be found, and I didn't even get napkins, despite the fact that I had specified I needed them. The food is subpar and cold. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

China Moon's food is pretty good. What's unfortunate is that I can never get it in under an hour and without calling the restaurant to complain that it is late. When you say delivery time is 30-45 minutes and you are literally two blocks from my office, there is absolutely no reason it should take 1 hour + and a call from me.

I usually don't grumble about food but please don't order Thai food from here. What was I thinking? It's China Moon so why did I order Thai from a Chinese restaurant? Never again. The Panang curry was tasteless. If you want Thai order from an authentic Thai restaurant. P.S. I've never ordered Chinese from here but if I were to guess it would be a lot better than the Thai.

Well, funny story. Shortly after eating my house lo mein I got really sick. I'm not sure if this was coincidence but my guess is that it was not. I will not be ordering from China Moon anymore.

There is some information I want to share with people living in Mid-Town East. I ordered online from China Moon on 47th street last Sunday and my food came in sizzling hot and neatly packed just after 15 minutes. That was very fast and the food was extremely delicious. I had dinner with a friend there yesterday and found out that China Moon is under new management since June 25th. It seems it did a lot to improve both dinning environment and service (e.g. new chairs, new paintings. etc). The owner told me they are trying to keep the price at last year's level. That's why they offer $7.5 lunch specials and most entrees are under $10. Honestly, I think the price is a bargain in this neighborhood. With this new management, I'm quite happy with its service and food quality. I would definitly give China Moon a five star and wish those guys good luck.

Fast delivery, but thai shrimp rolls had no shrimp. Thai shrimp rolls are served with plum sauce not duck sauce.

I ordered the roast pork noodle soup for lunch (as I have several times before) but today it was AWFUL! Gross, flavorless broth, soggy noodles, sad veggies and a stingy portion of meat. I'm only giving them 2 stars based on the fact that their soups used to be pretty good :(
