I love Chinatown Brasserie. It may be a bit more expensive than other places but the food is always reliably delicious and delivery is quick!

Food very flavorful but I've just had my second order from them and both times the quality of the chicken was very poor. It was almost jelly -like and chewy. After a few bites I was a bit grossed out and tossed it!

Food was OK, but it took over 2 hours to arrive. when I called the restaurant and asked to check on the status of my order, they said "it's on the way" -- but they said this before I even told them my name or address, so it was pretty clearly a lie just to get me off the phone. When I said "wait, how do you know my order left if you don't know who I am?", they stuttered, asked my name, and then said again "it's on the way". Unacceptable delays.

Spectacular. I have ordered at least a dozen times and have been happy with every single thing I have ordered. They are very quick too.

The high-quality ingredients make up for the $20-minimum/order delivery price and what can be considered "gentrified dim sum." Recommended dishes: E-Fu noodles, bok choy & mushroom dumplings, shrimp & snow pea leaf dumplings. Delivery is pretty fast, under the estimated 60-75 minutes listed.

Great food with excellent delivery service! One of the best around! I think the apps are way better than any of the entrees. I've tried most of them and was not thriled but i LOVE the apps.

Just ok. Went to the actual restaurant for restaurant week and was pleased. Delivery though was only so-so. Fast but food tasted like the cheaper corner Chinese.

Bad. Overpriced. Delivery time was fine, but food was not good. Ordered General's according to so many recommendations - undercooked, poor texture, far too sweet with little heat. Egg roll was very crispy as advertised, but ingredient contents very disappointing. I get that this is supposed to be fusion, but it turns out to just be boring and insignificant. Skip ordering Chinese food from upper Lafayette street and head south and east.

Unreliable. I put in a large order for a dinner party at 4:30 one evening asking that it arrive by 6. When it hadn't arrived by 6:15, I called the restaurant. They told me that they had never received the order, that Seamless Web must not have sent it, and that "computers are unreliable." I called Seamless Web who voided the charge and gently pointed out that the restaurant had in fact confirmed that they had received the order at 4:30. I had that confirmation from them in my inbox. Dinner party became a pizza party. Proceed with caution.

the food is insanely overpriced for the portion you get. i ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings (which actually turned out to be shumai and not a dumpling) and for $6 i got four tiny bite-sized morsels. the size of the pork buns was also extremely disappointing for the price they charge. while the food was decently good tasting, the portions just turned me off from ever ordering from them.
