The dumplings are juicy and not dried out from being steamed and then waiting for delivery - big bonus! The quality of the food at the value price is hard to beat!

This is my third time ordering from this place. I placed an order about 30 minutes ago and just received a call where they first tell me "I live outside of their delivery zone." I explained that I had ordered from them before to which they explained that right now is busy for them and they cannot come to my house. They were rude and unapologetic. This experience is quite contrary to my experiences with Seamless searches for food. I hope Seamless considers keeping this restaurant in their search engine.

HORRIBLE! They were a half hour late and lied about traffic (we have Google maps now people...) and made me go all the way out to the lobby to get my food unlike every other delivery restaurant I've ever used here. Ridiculous! Food was cold too!

The delivery was over an hour late... no call from the restaurant that the order would be delayed. I'll go elsewhere formy Chinese food fix next time.

The food was not good - to the point where my friend and I ate less than half of each of our entrees. The sauces don't taste right. The General Tso's chicken sauce was vinegary, and the drunken noodles were just awful. Bites of drunken noodles varied from "no flavor at all" to "why did I even want more sauce on here when it tastes so bad."

Food was delivered quickly (less than 45 min) by a friendly delivery person. Hot & Sour soup was excellent (many restaurants have trouble getting it right) as well as the entree' ! This was the 2nd time ordering from Chinese Express.

Do NOT order from this restaurant through Seamlessweb.com if you want a reliable delivery time. This website says that the delivery time was 15-30 min. It has now been 45 minutes and I have called twice and still not gotten any update as to where my food is. When I explained to the hostess that I was given a 15-30 minute estimate, she said that this website is incorrect, and that that time was only for pick-up and that for delivery it is OVER AN HOUR.
