Terrible customer service, and they always have bugs with some of food ordering apps... But in general the food in really good. If they were nice, or tried a little harder to please their customers, I would give them five stars.

I usually love Chix but I was not happy with the chicken melt. There was so much salsa in my wrap the the entire wrap was soggy... :-(
