I usually love this place, and have never had any issues. But today I requested they do not add any salt or pepper (I have health problems) and when I received my sandwich it was so disgustingly salty I couldn't even eat it. It was as if they dumped a bottle of salt in it. Not to mention the pepper all over the bread when I unwrapped it. $10 down the drain. Don't order online- go in.

Chop't is a great choice for people looking for healthier lunch/dinner options. I've never ben disappointed in their featured salads, and they have an extensive selection of toppings if you want to make your own (I particularly appreciate the shrimp and perfectly ripened avocados). Lines are super long during lunch, so ordering in advance is highly recommended (though be forewarned, they are so busy at times, that your order may not be ready when you go to pick it up). Also, be careful -- adding your own extra toppings can get quite expensive.

I like the concept, but cannot escape the guilt of paying $10 for a salad that I could have made myself at home if I hadn't been so lazy. However, the "order by noon" build-your-own is a pretty good deal. Always, always, always order ahead. The line is not worth it.

My order isn't always exactly what I want it to be (missing bread, too light dressing, includes fork and napkin when requested not to do so), but it beats waiting in line for 20 minutes. The salads are great, though pricey, but ordering before noon gets you a free chop-in.

i have very rarely gotten my food the way i ordered it from this chopt location. It's like a game of roulette when I order there. The question isn't whether or not my order will be wrong, but rather in what way it will be wrong. I think I've learned my lesson now and I won't order there again.

The salad was delicious, but I paid for avocado, shrimp, jalapenos and cotija cheese, along with other toppings, and none of those items were in my salad!
