Chop't Creative Salad Co. (19th & L)

Ordering via Seamless is the only way to make your Chopt experience better, since the line you get to skip is the only distraction from the great salads at this place. The chili-lime dressing is not too spicy, but lends nice, nuanced flavors. All the lettuces are crisp, fresh, and obviously carefully sorted. I've never had any trouble and they are so yummy. Highly recommended food - the dine-inside experience can be a tad noisy some days though.

Great salads, if you order ahead of time at lunch you can beat the long lines. They also have a good reward program, giving you a free salad for every 10 you buy!

My order took over 1.5 hours to be delivered when seamless web says 30-45 minutes and then the confirmation e-mail I received said 60-75 minutes. I still waited OVER that time period for a just ok salad with way too much dressing on it.

I love chop't but every time I order online it is always something with my order today for instance there was no bread with my salad!!! An another time my salad was 1 hr late!!!

My order, which was supposed to arrive within 45-60 minutes, took nearly 90 minutes to arrive. Once it did arrive, it was wrong. I've placed three orders with Chop't through SeamlessWeb, and only one of them has been correct. I won't order with this restaurant again.

Do not order through Seamless for this place. They always mess up the order despite having it written down for them. It is a disgrace.

The 16 oz Chicken noodle soup that I ordered was only 12.3 oz. They said that there was only one size. Very misleading!

Every time I order soup from here, they screw it up - usually sending the wrong one. Last time, they promised to send over the right one, but called back an hour later saying they "forgot."
