Chop't Creative Salad Co. (51st & 6th)

Delivery in not quick but when it arrives...... Heaven. I LOVE the make your own salad option..... The chopt kale is healthy, filling, amazing...... The Mexican ceaser salad dressing ... I just can't get enough.

I love the salad, but I ordered at 11:15 this morning. Right now, it is 12:24, and I still have not received my delivery. Ipurposely ordered early because I have a meeting at 12:30.

Food is great but they get 1 star for service. My coworkers and I have ordered from them a few times and they repeatedly take over their 45-60 minute window.. The fact that it would take 60 minutes to prepare and deliver a salad in midtown Manhattan is ridiculous enough but to go over that is just crazy.. Boo to you Chopt, you need to get someone on your logistics..

1.5 hour wait for an over-priced salad, and the restaurant didn't even bother to include napkins and utensils. I would never order from this place again.

Salad had no taste, mostly lettuce. Salad delivered did not arrived as ordered. Paid $.49 for two croutons. Will not be ordering from them again.

Salad is decent, may have been better if they actually included the dressing. When called to get, surprise, surprise the phone just rang off hook. Will never order from again. They just take the order and run.

Chopt delivery is hit or miss. Sometimes they follow your instructions and other times they don't. Today was a miss. I specified no onions and it came with onions. I asked for extra sauce on the side and no extra sauce was provided. I ordered a lemonade and they didn't bring one. I ordered 2 clementines and one was rotten inside (you could tell from the outside it was old).

Chop't does a half-ass job checking their orders. They did NOT include the grilled chicken OR feta cheese in my Kebab Cobb salad. I will not be ordering from a careless place again.
