Chop't Creative Salad Co. (52nd & 3rd)

I waited over an hour and a half for one salad to be delivered- even when the est delivery time was 20-35 minutes. I called 3 times and they kept saying the salad was on its way. When it was finally delivered the dressing and my drink wasn't included. Awful experience and I won't be ordering from this Chopt again.

I love chop't, but there are definitely two big negatives: pricey and inconsistent. I can only speak to this particular location regarding inconsistency. I work close by, so I usually just walk over to pick up my salad, but on those occasional rainy/lazy/seamless discount days, I'll order. Every time I have ordered, the salad is NOT CHOPPED. I mean, c'mon. You're called chop't. At $12 a salad, I would at least expect you to maintain your namesake. With that said, when I pick up my salad, it's good... Maybe because I am standing there watching them chop. That should not be the case. It's happened enough times that I'm finally writing about it because I am tired of trying to gnaw on huge, bushy leaves of kale, while wondering why a place called chop't would send me an unchopped salad. With that said, 3 stars because I love their spa dressings, offering of kale, and the delicious dark choc brownies. Tip: Always pick up your salad.

I'm not sure this Chop't has ever gotten my order right (like, the correct dressing), and also delivered it during the promised window of time. Sometimes it's one or the other; usually it's neither.

for $16 this salad was so not worth it. I ordered spring mix, blue cheese crumbles, avocado, walnuts, grilled chicken and tomatoes. They charged extra for everything except the tomatoes. There were literally 2 walnuts, one little chunk of blue cheese, and a small sliver of an avocado in the salad!! It was basically a bunch of lettuce and cherry tomatoes with grilled chicken. The amount of chicken seemed reasonable. The dressing was ok, I ordered the Spa Balsamic Vinagrette. Anyway, for $16 I have had much better salads than this in NYC, especially Midtown East. I typically don't leave reviews but this was a joke - on me, the dumb ass that spent $16 on lettuce.

food is good and we order a lot from Chop';t . But for the past few weeks they have been forgetting either the salad dressing or the bread or hot sauce (esp mentioned on the side pls). It is becoming a pain to call to get a dressing. I hope they check the delivery before sending.

Terrible - they consistently take 1 hour plus to deliver just blocks away; they forget drinks, salad dressing, etc; make the wrong salad; very rude. Just an awful place.

My salad came without dressing despite the fact tht I had ordered with dressing. When I called to complain, the sent me the wrong dressing. When I called again, they insisted that they had sent me the right dressing and would not correct their mistake. For a $15 salad, that is unacceptable. I'll buy my salad elsewhere.

Great food, but do not get it delivered. If they dont mess up your order or forget something, they will keep you waiting. Not uncommon to wait for an hour or more. On a positive note, we order it at the office fairly often and we've gotten so many free salads because of how much they screw up.

The craft salad and sandwich with 4 FREE choppings is misleading! It only applies to choppings under .50c which is not advertised and makes the salad/sandwich overly priced.

Worst salad I have ever ate, threw it away after trying to suffer through it considering it was $15. I get the exact same ingredients at the deli behind me and it's always delicious. Got red wine vinagrette and was flavorless and the ingresients were non existant. AWFUL
