Chop't Creative Salad Co. (56th & Park)

I took a chance - reading all the reviews below - hoping that they would not be late. They over 45 minutes late. I had to call twice to get a status update. On the second call, I was told that the delivery man was in the lobby of my building - 15 minutes later, no food. I think it's pretty clear from my experiences and those described in other reviews that this is a consistent pattern. I would not recommend until they get their act together with deliveries. It's not very difficult to find salads elsewhere.

Salad portions had been becoming smaller and smaller for awhile with a milestone of smallest yet today. Will think twice whether to order from them again. But the food is really good, salads in particular

I ordered this Salad at 1126 hours and it arrived at 1317 hours. (after I called) So sorry Chop't. I love your Salads - but this is twice this week...time for me to move on. is there anyone in the city that can deliver as they promise?

I order from this location quite often. Their Mexican Caesar is my favorite and their brownies are delicious!! I would give them a 5, however these are the 2 reasons I didn't: 1. They sometimes take up to 2 hours to deliver even though it says 45-60 mins. I usually order on days where I'm not starving yet and can wait it out, or order way in advance to get it by the time I'm hungry. 2. They don't put enough of the "added ingredients" in. For instance, they put like a teaspoon of corn and a teaspoon of beans and a teaspoon of onion into the salad that it gets lost and ends up just being a bunch of lettuce, however, the last 2 salads I got had a little more than usual. Lastly, their service here is great. When you call with a concern, they're always courteous. I had an incident with my salad and the manager was very kind, apologetic and understanding and we worked out a fair resolution. When delivery takes too long sometimes they also work with you to help you out. In conclusion: Order because their salads (and brownies!!) rock and they're a bunch of nice people. :]

Great salads. Count on 1.5hours for delivery no matter what the estimated delivery time says.

i asked for the dressing to be mixed in. it was NOT. You HAVE to be VERY clear when ordering here. they often don't get it right-but when they do, these salads are VERY good!

I used to order CHOP'T on seamless ALL the time... sometimes every day. The last few times they have been extremely slow, like over an hour when they have estimated a 15 to 30 min time frame. I love their salads but because of their inconsistency, I just can't recommend them any more.

Salads are excellent here! and that's the only reason I keep ordering from them. They have forgotten to include my drinks at least 4 times our of 6. The operator must know me already.

My "Tobago Jerk Cobb Salad" had a few tiny squares of chicken...not enough chicken to even know if it was Jerk chicken or not. Co-worker also ordered a salad w/chicken, and same thing...

The food is great, my review is on the service. A word to the wise- order early and call when you're at the end of the estimated delivery time if you haven't received your food yet. Because it's highly likely that Chop't has forgotten or lost it, and it's not likely that they'll care. I've had numerous problems with this place, unfortunately, I order for my boss, who eats here almost every day. The people that work there couldn't care less about getting orders to you on time, nor do they sound at all concerned when you've been waiting for your food for 2+ hours. On food, they're great, but on service, Chop'd fails in every sense of the word. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.
