Chop't Creative Salad Co. (Financial District)

For the second time in a week, there was grit in my kale salad (and the first time, they gave me someone else's order). Gross.

Good salads, fresh ingredients. I never get delivery from them so I can't rate them on that, but I love ordering for pickup because you can bypass the long, crazy lines that sometimes go out the door and just grab your order and go.

Decent Salad, when it's cold... but don't order for a future delivery time, because they will ignore your request and send the order over an 1.5 hours early, leaving you with a warm salad.

The confirmation read that delivery would take place between 20-40 minutes, and two house later I'm still waiting for my salad. Unacceptable and will not be giving this place my business again.

Chopt has great salads, but this locations is really inconsistent when it comes to deliveries. One time I ordered from here, the delivery guy took the freight elevator up to my floor and just left my bag on the floor by the elevator door. Other times the guys wait out in the lobby and are really friendly. Not sure what the deal is.

Chop't is consistently 70+ minutes to deliver and they are ALWAYS late. If at all possible, just go to the restaurant and get it yourself. Without fail, I have never received a correct order from Chop't. Last order, they forgot a salad and never re-delivered it. They also promised to refund the order and never did. They are just a total disaster unless you go, tell them how to make it, and walk out the door with it.

If I could give them a -5 I would......... I've been trying to get through to someone for the past hour on the phone. My salads are 45 minutes late now and this was for a huge meeting. I can't wait till someone picks up at Chop't so I can rip their head off. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! Don't even bother....

Love Chop't. My fave salad place hands down. Creative, fresh toppings that change monthly, and a great selction of flavorful, unique dressings! And they offer kale as a salad choice! Plus that warm flatbread is yummo.

The food is good but they keep messing up my order. I ordered a salad and a sandwich but they ended up delivering two salads... This is not the first time they messed up my order. This has happened at least 5 times. Not satisfied with their service at all.
