Chop't Creative Salad Co. (Flatiron)

Awful Awful Awful. Even though they have many negative reviews, I decided to order anyway. BIG MISTAKE. Terribly slow delivery and the salad was wet and soggy. Terrible. Will never order from here again.

Not only did my salad come over an hour late, the container was all busted. The lettuce was soggy, and when I called to complain, the person gave me an attitude. Don't order here. Unless you want something that looks like this. http://i.imgur.com/C7IqXuE.jpg

Service is fast and friendly. Kind of expensive, but you get A LOT of salad for your money. But skip that pita they offer with it. Tastes like a paper bag.

When they get it right, this place is phenomenal. Just ordered the General Tso's Chipotle salad. When I saw the corn in it, I thought I had the wrong salad. I did ask for corn extra yesterday, but because of sugar, didn't want it today. They brought the exact same salad to me a 2nd time insisting that there IS corn in that salad. Well, it's not in the description. So, taking 1 star back for their very bad knowledge of "The Customer is ALWAYS right!"

The salads they make are the right blend of leafy greens and other items, all good quality. They deliver on time. And when I ran into a hiccup over how Seamless submitted the order, I was able to call and they fixed it without headache. I order custom made salads by delivery a few times a week and I'm grateful for Chop't.

I've ordered often for lunch at office. Fresh, quality ingredients... I'm not a big salad fan from other places but Chop't is fantastic.

The only reason I gave them any stars is because the salad itself is quite good. But I paid $19 for the prvilege of having my salad delivered over an hour after I ordered it. It's a salad. It's not like I ordered beef wellington. I could easily have picked it up sooner myself, but I was busy at work - which is the reason I ordered in the first place. Also, I called to ask where my lunch was, and the lady hung up/was disconnected and didn't get back to me (even tho she had my name/number/order in front of her). Next time I'll skip this place, even if I have time to walk there. It's just the principle of the matter.

The word "salad" included in every sandwich option on the menu makes it so ridiculously easy to order a sandwich by accident instead of a salad (especially when busy at work and ordering in a hurry). Take the word "salad" out of the sandwich choices. They are not salads in any way. All of the options are the same as on the salad menu as well, such as noting that walnuts are on the side. Walnuts on the side of my sandwich? How does that make sense? Dressing mixed in or on the side? They just sneak the word sandwich in there and make it otherwise the same as the salad. I'm not ordering from here until they update this out of principle.

This was the worst salad i have ever had. I should have listened to all of the other reviews and NOT ordered from here. My salad is soggy and horrible. What a GIANT waste of money. DISGUSTING!

Screwed up my order, literally half of the ingredients were wrong including the base lettuce and salad dressing (!). Normally wouldnt review but last time they took an HOUR AND 45 MINS to deliver. Great franchise, but this one is ATROCIOUSLY managed & run

Time was off (25-40 minutes) by an additional 25 minutes, they had other random toppings in my salad (including bacon which I don't eat), and they should change the name to Semi-Chopped, because the Kale were not even closed being chopped. Not sure I will be ordering again from here.

The salads are decent, but they too often mess up orders. They just forgot to include my dressing. A salad without dressing...not so nice.

I really do like the wraps and salads from Chop't -- but they are easily one of the slowest deliverers on Seamless. I know it's lunch time and it's busy -- doesn't matter -- no other place is consistently this slow.
