Chop't Creative Salad Co. (Times Square)

I absolutely LOVE Chopped but the lines are insane. I got the same amazing salad without having to stand in line for an hour and passing out from starvation :-)

It takes a long time to get your food, and the lettuce can get kind of wilted, but I really like the salads so I deal with it. Delicious > long wait.

I order my salad at 11am every day, and it is usually here by 11:45 or Noon latest. It is almost always correct. I think ordering earlier gets you better results. Your best bet is ordering for pick-up thought!

It took an hour and fifteen minutes to get one salad four blocks. It was soggy and missing ingredients. Is anyone from Chop't monitoring these message boards? Either beef up your delivery or don't offer it! As is, it's a real waste of time, energy and money for everyone.

Salad is good....if they could ever get it right. 80% of orders to here they will be missing an ingredient or forget the dressing.

The salads are great. But there's just no excuse for 2+ hour delivery. They "estimated delivery time" is usually 55-70 mins. Which is already silly. But then when they're an HOUR late beyond the estimated 70 minutes, it's just insane. Get it together, Chop't! These are salads. This is New York City.

Forgetable salad. Ordered the poboy salad because the description sounded so good. What I got was just something i could have made myself. I know you technically don't cook anything, but for about $10 a salad you want to be at least ok with the taste. Huge dissapointment.

Delivery is incredibly slow. I placed an order for future delivery three hours in advance. Looks like the order will be an hour late. Why can't you deliver food on time like almost every other restaurant in this city?

love their salads but 3 out of 3 times i've ordered online, they get the dressing wrong. they definitely don't check the special instructions.

LOVE THIS SALAD, and chop't in general. Although their custom salads get a bit pricey, this ones a winner. The fried onions with the steak makes for an awesome combo's. I personally add tomato and blue cheese to this one! YUM
