No issues with timely delivery, but the salad did not have the walnuts on the side,or any walnuts at all, it was barely dressed, and they sent the wrong drink. Won't be doing this again.

Salad was okay just actually needed to be chop't!!! Delivery was fast. It's not always guaranteed so to avoid soggy salad put the dressing on the side.

The delivery is always quick and the salad is consistent. If you're in the mood for a light dinner, Chop't is a pretty safe bet.

if you order online, better ask them to actually CHOP the salad... i just got a takeout order with two full un-cut un-chopped avocado halves in it, giant pieces of lettuce... not such good online ordering service from Chop't.

This is my first review. I always give Chop't the benefit of the doubt when it comes to take out and delivery but never again will I order from them. Their portions are NOT the same as they are when you order in the restaurant. Smaller and messier. I love this restaurant but this is so disappointing.

lettuce is gross, the beans are hard and my salad was barley "chop't" Every time I go there or order from there I am disappointed and I won't order from there again.

Took 2 hours to deliver around the corner. And therefore, the salad was completely soggy by the time it arrived! WOW, especially considering the price of a 3 ingredient salad.

Chop't has been my go-to salad place for months now but their delivery is poor. It tastes nothing like their usual salads and came barely chopped with almost no dressing when I requested extra dressing and for it to be extra chopped. Their delivery is not worth it.

Would not suggest ordering close to closing time. I was called and informed that two of the ingredients I wanted in my salad were not available, declined a substitute, but was not credited for the additional cost of the premium ingredients. Will always be picking up in person from now on.

Took an hour to deliver...zero salad dressing....took another hour to get that. Forgot the tomatoes, added in olives (which I hate). Salad's really shouldn't be this hard. Will never order here again.

Food is good but the delivery is really really slow. It took them an hour to deliver my salad for lunch.

I think the salads at this place are really great, and love that nutritional information is available, but delivery does take too long in my opinion. I still order frequently though, however only when I know that my schedule and stomach will allow for the at least hour long wait.

This Chop't has the SLOWEST delivery I've ever experienced. Consistently takes over an hour and a half to deliver (when I'm only 8 blocks away). Would not recommend.
