Cilantro (UWS)

Cilantro has my all-l time favorite fish tacos--and I love fish tacos. The dish has a very generous portion of fish, which is sauteed and deliciously seasoned. So often with fish tacos you get a tiny bit of fish which has been battered, fried and covered in chiptole mayo. Not the case with Cilantro--the fish is prepared very simply, but flavorfully; and comes with great black beans and spicy salsa. Just a New Yorker's guess, but this is how I imagine fish tacos are served in Mexico.

Cilantro is my go-to for quick, delicious food in my neighborhood. The tostada salad is fabulous (with chicken or steak) and the quesadilla is great too. Delivery is always speedy and courteous. You can't go wrong with Cilantro!

Normally I LOVE this place...but it's going downhill. The steak tacos I got were overdone, they apparently don't put cilantro in the rice anymore, and the food has just tasted a lot blander lately. I'll order one more time, since I don't want to give up on them...but I'm wavering

Delicious. Nice people. Surprisingly big portions. Chips and Salsa rock. Awesome lunch specials. Delivery service is good. My favorite Mexican restaurant on the UWS. No complaints.

Great delivery Mexican on the UWS. BBQ Pork Burrito is one a kind with pineapple and a sweet bbq sauce. Other standard favs are the Steak and Chicken Burritos. Chips and salsa come with a half quart of fresh pico salsa - always enough for the next day!

We have eaten in the restaurant before and have really enjoyed it. We were a little concerned about delivery because Mexican can really take a turn for the worse when it makes that trip from kitchen to your front door. We were willing to take the chance and are glad that we did. It got to us quickly and was hot when it arrived and tasted really good. We will definitely order from them again.

I ordered the taco spicy chicken. It is not tasty at all. The food is very dry, even the rice is super dry! The portions are ok but for the quality of the food, it is very pricey. I don't recommend anyone to order there.

I love this place! They make some of the best chicken tortilla soup around. Their dinner nachos are nice and filling. To top it off they have the BEST delivery people I've ever met- kind, courteous, and always smiling despite their hike up my walk up building.

My order took over an hour and a half to arrive (I live 2 block away). The burrito was cold, soggy, and falling apart. I called and asked for a replacement, which was brought an hour later... It was 1/3 of the size of the first. Would not reccommend this place for delivery.

Our Burritos were just ok. The grilled skirt steak burrito had a substantial amount of steak in it, but both burritos ordered had soggy tortillas and the rice was very dry. The crispy blue corn calamari was excellent. The Fast delivery.

I live just a block away from here and love it. Delivery time is sooner than listed for people close by (seems obvious, but really- my orders are usually here within 20 minutes). Everything I’ve had here has been fantastic! Favorite is the nicoise salad, and I don’t normally eat tuna.
