I used to love Citrus- I've been a customer for years. My last 3 or 4 experiences with delivery have been terrible. When I have called for refunds or modifications when the restaurant has made mistakes, they are never honored. They have removed most of my once favorite dishes as well. Will not be a customer any longer.

I LOVE Citrus!!!!! They always get it right delivery men are very nice and the food is delicious. Delivery time is usually what is estimated which can be a little long but at least you know ahead of time!

The only redeeming quality about Citrus is its variety. If a small bite per type of dish is what you're looking for, this serves that purposes. However, due to their variety perhaps, they don't specialize in any of the cuisines they serve, it's a very blah mishmash of every other country's cuisine under the sun, and the worst thing about Citrus is its unspeakably slow delivery and mis-quoted delivery time (100% of the time). They already always quote 45 - 60 min for delivery but it is nearly Always 90 minutes minimum. Terribly rude response when you call to follow up.

When you're in the mood for a bit of a splurge (not too expensive, though), Citrus is always a good bet-- great quality, friendly service and delivery. The shrimp quesadillas are a standout. as is the crab cake appetizer, which is a great value.

Both the Asian-inspired and Mexican-inspired dishes at Citrus are delicious. Although it's a bit pricey, the quality of the food reflects it and I'm always satisfied.

wow -- I was really surprised by how bad my food from Citrus was. There were so many good reviews for the place that I thought it was a safe choice, but not so. My fajitas dish was under-cooked and the guacamole side had a layer of brown across the top; obviously, not fresh. It's a Friday night - they should bring their A game, but this was a complete waste of money; and I'm still hungry :-(.

Don't waste your money. I ordered the Citrus chopped salad. It was terrible! Lettuce was shredded not chopped and it looked like it sat in the plastic container all day, i.e wilted and not crisp. The sweet potato was undercooked and hard. Only one small slice of a avocado was garnish not part of the salad. Definitely not worth the $11.95 price. And then the menu the food came with said "Coastal" restaurant, not Citrus. I hope I don't get sick! I'm pregnant and was starving which is the only reason I ate any of it!

I'm addicted to the Chips and Salsa & Chopped Salad. This is by far my favorite take-out (Along with Coastal, whom I make give me the chips from Citrus anyway since it's the same place).

Great food! Although I find that not everything on their restaurant menu is on the delivery menu I still find items I love. It's nice to order such delicious meals that are also healthy friendly. Their Citrus Grilled Margarita Salad is yummy, mash potatoes - forget it they are too good!, and the shrimp quesadilla is my favorite! Their mini tacos are my go to dish when I visit Citrus, and I never sip their amazing cocktails without enjoying the guacamole made to order.

I've ordered from Citrus about 15-20 times. I'm very picky about quality, not so picky about service. Over all, the quality is pretty good except for the French Cut Pork Chops, which are superb. I've ordered them about 4-5 times. They are tender, juicy and delishious. The basic lemonaid is really good too, although they put too much ice in the cup.. Citrurs, in my view, offers better than average takeout on the UWS.

I have had a variety of experiences with Citrus -- from service that is just good enough to responses that are simply awful. The food is decent, but it isn't worth the headache. Citrus clearly does not value the business of delivery customers as much as it does that from people in the restaurant, as evidenced by perpetual problems with screwed up orders and slow delivery times. The restaurant clearly doesn't read the instructions sent to them. My burgers have been misprepared a few times. If you ask for extra chips, you'll be disappointed. Also, you have to request condiments and utensils. Order from Citrus, and you are rolling the dice.

It's a shame i have to give one star. After a 12 hour work day i was so hungry...after the 15-30 min guide my food had not arrived until one hour 15 mins later!! I will never order from here again....absolutely useless, with all the competition in this city it is a matter of time before they close!!
