I used to love this place but the past 4 times they have either forgotten something or completely screwed if up. One time I ordered a burger and a Sunday. They forgot the Sunday. I called and asked them to make me a new one and send it. They sent me the one that was sitting on the counter for 45 minutes cause it was warm soup. And then they had the nerve to act like I did something wrong when I called to complain so rude.

They tend to forget things from orders a lot. Have forgotten my cofee a couple of times, this last order they didn't bring my danish! They will always bring it to you if you call them up but it is a hassle and completely defeats the point of using Seamless.

Delivery is always quite fast in the neighborhood. Their burgers are excellent, and the matzoh ball soup is a frequent order for us.

The fries were the only good thing about this order. They were crisp which is unusual for delivery fries. The burger though, quite bad, and city diner messed up my order. They left out a couple things and didn't pay attention to the special notes section (nothing too complicated was asked, just to make sure not to add the bacon ontop of one burger). All in all, not worth it.

I order from them a lot, hoping the next time will be different but it never is and tonight was especially bad which is why I'm writing this review. Their food give me the sh#ts. This time I felt like my a$$ was on fire. I know this is gross but it needs to be said. This place doesn't just have bad food, it needs to be investigated by the health dept.

Please update your menu descriptions. Fried seafood combination: was surprised to see all the seafood coated in bread crumbs. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered it. For the price the description should be accurate. Bruschetta was not fresh, the bread had either been out too long in the heat or it was a day old. Ordered French fries and got a dish of green beans instead. Ordered a salad but still got a potato (the order said salad but once it submitted the confirmation said potato. Could have been the iPhone app though ). To be fair they included a salad too but wrong dressing. I rarely complain to the restaurant. I just never order again. Very disappointing that they couldn't get one order right.
