Best dumplings in Philadelphia. City Garden might not be the closest chinese restaurant to me - but I always order from here. I love their dumplings (extra quality with a great sauce) and I also like the House Special Wonton Soup for two.

Not bad, but not great. It's a little bit overpriced for standard take-out Chinese fare, but it is the only option within a few blocks. I tend to prefer the food carts, but they're not available after 2:00PM or so generally.
