Colombia in Park Slope

that's the worst delivery experience I've ever had in many years... not only the delivery was made 75 minutes after the order, the delivery boy called me down, in a doorman building, and I had to go down and outside to pickup my delivery.. No more orders from Colombia in Park Slope!

I normally don't bother writing reviews, but the customer service of this restaurant is so appalling I must warn others before they wait 2 HOURS!!!! for food from Colombia. After waiting an hour for my order to arrive, I called and was told they had never received an order, without even waiting for me to explain I had ordered over an hour previous. Then after realizing they had my order, they advised it would be there "sometime". After waiting another 15 minutes, I called back. They said the drivers phone was going to voicemail and couldn't reach him. Then, 5 min later they called to tell me the driver returned, and said that the driver never buzzed my apartment, but went in with someone else who opened the door (which as a delivery person, you should not be doing.) Apparently he then knocked on my door for 10 minutes and left my food outside. Neither of which happened- no food left, and no one knocked even once. When I asked why the driver didn't call my phone number listed on the order, they said he had no phone- interesting, since when they called him before, his phone went to voicemail!!! They told me they were resending food- which would take another 20 minutes. All in all I wasted 2 hours on this "convenient" order. The most frustrating experience I have had with a delivery service, and I use seamless all the time. Don't waste your time or money.

We've been ordering from them a lot lately. The food is really nice, the fries are excellent, and the plantains are perfect. Even the brunchy food is decent delivered. It's not top-tier, but solidly good. Now, if only they cold learn to package things without spillage. Three times already, we've had food and/or drinks spill entirely on the way over.

It's a nice delivery alternative to the regulars (Chinese, Pizza, Thai and etc). I wish they had some of the Colombian dishes that would actually make for better delivery options like ajiaco, sancocho, and tamal.

Food is pretty good but they have no idea how to pack it for delivery. 9 out of 10 times we got collapsed containers with all sorts of liquids leaking everywhere.

Amazing service. Even better food. They forgot to deliver me a drink one time. And the next time I ordered they not only remembered me by name and sent me the drink they missed the first time, but they also sent me free dessert on the house. And THAT was amazing. Food is always delivered hot and fresh. There are other Colombian places in the area that have 5stars that do not deserve it, but this is by far the best. I'd give it more stars if I could. And as a born and raised Colombian, I can say their food is as good as any you would find in the old country. So glad you guys are around.

Great place because they have great customer service. I respect a place that orders good food like the empanadas (sp) and the salad was huge and delicious. My only issue that the mushroom chicken does not travel well no matter what. It will spill in your bag because they give a lot. A small problem but otherwise good.
