Coopertown Diner

I order from Coopertown all the time and I will never be ordering from them again after today. I order 3 meals and was missing various parts of each but the biggest glaring problem was an actual mistake in their menu that left me with a philly cheese steak served on soggy white bread when their menu says it is served on a roll. When I called to tell them the items they missed and ask what happened with my sandwich I was actually yelled at by the man on the phone! A simple mistake that could have been easily rectified and instead I was greeted with complete rudeness. I have never written a negative review of anything but as a former loyola customer I was really upset by this.

Unfortunately, Coopertown is a sub-typical diner with awful quality control. I've ordered breakfast from them frequently over the last few months (I live nearby, and they're open early). Almost every time, they screw up the order somehow -- missed items, someone else's order, and so on. Additionally, they don't keep to the "15-30 minute delivery" promise; they'll deliver whenever they feel like it, and they're extremely rude when you call after an hour to ask where your food is. I really wish they were a decent quality option, but the truth is that they couldn't care less about their customers. So, no more ordering from here.

Order from here all the time...food is pretty good, fast delivery and so many options. Standard 24 hr diner with anything you could be craving!

Quality Diner food, open pretty late. Consistent burger and gyro, good fries, quick delivery. Better than your average greasy spoon.

the delivery man was very rude, and had the audacity to tell me that 12 blocks was a long way for him to walk and that my 10% tip wasn't enough. and continued to harass me about it. i'm sorry, but if you didn't wait on me in a restaurant i see no reason why i need to tip 15-20% for you to bike ten blocks. did he really think that harassing me was going to make me tip him more or order from this diner again?

GREAT local diner. Hash browns are shredded just the way I like it. Portions are HUGE. Very tasty french onion soup. Fresh and large fruit salad. I will continue to order from here. However, I did not enjoy the turkey sausage...the links were a little mushy.

I have ordered from Coopertown twice -- I've been very happy with my orders. The mozz sticks are yummy, better than neighboring businesses. The breakfast foods have all been good, only thing I didn't care for was the dessert I ordered. The chili is filling, nice big portion too. All in all I'm happy to have found this place on Seamless and intend to keep ordering.

Always love this place for delivery and eating in. Placed a delivery order today and he told me 30 minutes over the phone. At 70 minutes I called and he told me another 20. I waited patiently. Called back and he said another 30. I told him to cancel and he didnt even apologize, he actually hung up on me.
