We've ordered from Cotte Bene many times and the pizza is usually quite good. Some of the special pizzas are OK. However, this past weekend we ordered a regular pizza with pepperoni and it was one of the worst pizza's I've ever eaten. It was so greasy and soggy. The pepperoni was on some of the pizza but not all the slices, and the cheese was falling off. It looked almost like it had been dropped on the way over, picked up, put back together and delivered anyway. Really, really disappointing. I'll give it another try in the hopes that it was just the snow that sidetracked them.

I used to love this place bc the grandma pies are great. but it's really gone downhill. delivery has taken longer and longer, and last time they just straight up lost our order. had a bizarre experience with the manager when I called to inquire after 1.5 hours of waiting. haven't ordered since.

Pizza decent, but waited 2hrs for delivery, est was 60-75. Service was poor, no pizza is worth that frustration.

I ordered a specialty pizza and soda from this place, delivery took about 45 minutes and they did not include the soda that I paid for. I told the delivery guy my soda was not included and he said he couldn't do anything I had to call the restaurant. I did and they said they would send it over. 45 minutes later I called again and asked for an update on my soda, they said can we credit you instead. I said no I would rather have the soda because I did not know if I would be ordering again soon and she scoffed at me and then said ok we will send it right over. Here I am 3 hours later, no soda, I will never order from here again.

Go-to spot for Italian in the neighborhood. Food is decent, but they almost never get the order right. Order a pasta dish with a certain sauce, and they usually get one or the other wrong - either you don't get the pasta you indicated, or you get a sauce that you didn't order. Food itself is a pretty reliable standby, but the service is not so good. I wish it weren't so hard to get an order correct, but if you check on your food and have the time to call them out on their mistakes they'll get it right eventually.

LOVE this place, order from here at least once a week (even though it's bad for my budget -- it's a bit pricey). Favorite items are the delicious tomato avocado caprese salad, pasta e fagioli soup, and the fried calamari (always perfectly, lightly fried). The thin-crust pizza is delicious too. Everything always tastes delicious, fresh and authentic, and I've always found delivery to be prompt.

Not as advertised. The Caesar salad did not include shaved Parmesan, but (less expensive) Romano, and lacked fresh ground pepper entirely. Pizza sauce was gross and the tiny piece of key lime pie was completely smashed up in the box. The upside down pie is Sicilian style, a fact they neglected to share in the menu description. Although delivery was quick the food was still cold. At $33 plus tip for 4 slices, a salad, and pie I expected higher quality and reasonable portion sizes. First and last order from these hucksters.

Delicious. Their baked cheese calzones are fantastic. Granted it didn't come with sauce, but I don't use it. If you order one, make sure to put a request in the notes. Salads and baked dishes are great too. Delivery on a Friday night at 8:30 was FAST! So long Villa!

here's what you want to hear when you call to see how much longer delivery will be (after an hour): "It's a busy night. It'll get there when it gets there." Also, since when is baked ziti really just microwaved ziti? ...proven by the service in a plastic container.
