Cozzi Pizza

Terrible pizza. Cheese was bright white and oily, no toasted or browned bits. All the toppings slide off the slices. Bland crust. Expensive, awful. Even the garlic knots were bad.

I've ordered from them for the past year since I moved to Brooklyn. I typically get pizza or an eggplant hero - both are fabulous, plus the deliver gentlemen is always very nice, and they are super quick!

I went months without ordering from here because of the low ratings. I wish I hadn't. It's my new go-to place for New York-style pizza in this neighborhood. They've always delivered what I ordered, and while it's never fast, it has never taken more than an hour. However, for things other than pizza, Cozzi is NOT worth bothering with. The pasta is overcooked and the sauce tastes like the cheap bulk stuff: bland and with the awful tang of something acidic that has been in a metal can too long. The usual pies are good. If you're looking for something different, try the Philly Cheesesteak pizza with onions. If you really want to punish your arteries, put bacon on it, too.

This order took over an hour to get. Just as I was about to call they rang my doorbell. The chicken parm hero was cold, as were the soggy mozzerella sticks. Wouldn't order from them again.

Messed up my order by sending completely wrong dish. I paid $12 for Chicken Marsala and they sent me $8 Chicken Parmigian. That dish was disgusting and inedible. The cheese was like rubber, the chicken dry and hard, and the sauce simply had no flavor. Horrible will never order again from them.
