Ordered the Crisp Athenian Salad Bowl. First time (and probably last time ordering). All salads on menu clearly state that dressing is served on the side. It was not. Way too much dressing which was probably done to try and cover the fact that salad was prepared at a minimum of 2 days ago. Soggy, gross. On the plus side, the pita was soft and falafel was sort of warm. I realize some of these midtown restaurants might not be at their best on a Sunday afternoon but if you happen to be in the office on a Sunday and need some food, you're hoping for at least edible.

I placed a lunch order- Between the 45min to an hour that the Delivery was made- I had a work emergency and had to leave the building (completely forgetting about my order) Once I received the phone call from a very rude delivery man, I called Crisp to see what could be done. The woman I spoke with mentioned she would be able to re-send the order later that evening. She asked what time I would like it to be delivered I said 7:30... it is now 10 past 9, and the restaurant seems to be closed. I received no delivery and am now $15.00 poorer. I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant again.

Crisp regularly delivers their food waaaay AFTER the estimated delivery time. When you call them about it, they will not be apologetic, and they will tell you it will be there within a couple minutes, regardless of how much longer it will take. Not recommended unless you have snacks around to tide you over.

This place purports to be "fast," but I waited over an hour for a simple falafel sandwich and hummus. Despite advertising that they would deliver within 15-30 minutes (which is one of the factors I considered when choosing this place), I waited over an hour. When I called to ask what was going on, the woman at Crisp told me that they had just changed their site to say that they would be delivering within 45-60 minutes instead (they conveniently posted this 30 minutes after I ordered). Not only was she completely rude (i.e., she told me that "she could care less about my concerns"), she didn't even bother to tell her delivery guy that I had cancelled. Unfortunately for him, he showed up 1.5 hours after I ordered and called me over and over again because he couldn't understand my instructions that I had cancelled 30 minutes ago. All of this waiting and rudeness is certainly not worth the food, which is only ok. There are plenty other, and better, falafel options in new york city.

Food is good (though not cheap), but delivery times are unacceptably long. OUr last order took us nearly 2 hours (ETD was 45-60). When contacted an hour and fifteen minutes after ordering, the restaurant offered not even an apology ("we just sent it out"). Orders from this restaurant are regularly 10-15 minutes after the ETD. 50 minutes is a new worst. There's good falafel other places. We are not ordering from Crisp again.

Great quality. Delicious food. I have had trouble with delivery and missing items twice but this is due to them getting use to the Seamless set up. The orange juice is a total rip off at $2.75 for a unchilled 10oz tropicana.

Terrible customer service. Ordered lunch with a confirmation email telling me that it would be 30 - 45 mins. I called after an hour, was placed on hold for 5 mins and then told that they were very busy in the store and that my order would be next to be made. They apparently had a big hold up and nobody had been notified that they were running so late. I was told that my order would probably be out within the next 10 - 15 minutes, but this point nearly an hour and a half after I placed me order. I asked to cancel my order and they told me to call seamless web to do it. Unacceptable service.

Estimate of delivery was 30-45 and it took closer to 1 hour and 15 minutes. The falafel sandwich came in a really cool box that helped you keep the sandwich standing up in between bites. The Greek salad was alright, but had way too many olives.
