At least 1.5 hour wait - only to have the delivery person refuse to bring it to our door. I can't even start on the food.

I got a call 10 minutes after I placed an order with these guys saying that they couldn't deliver my food for another hour and a half because they had no delivery guy working. This was communicated to me by someone who didn't speak English very well and took all of 5 minutes. Never again.

Food is OK but my 30-45 minute order time turned out to be closer to 90... For a salad... Serves me right for being lazy.

I don't know why I ordered from here again. Every time I order a salad, at least one ingredient is missing. I just had a chicken salad delivered that had no chicken on it. I called them and he says he'll "send the chicken"...we shall see how long that takes. Plus, the delivery guy called me 10 minutes before he was actually here and asked me to come outside. Guess what: I'm ordering delivery because I DON'T WANT to have to go outside. Just ring the bell. Finally he got here and couldn't figure out how to ring my apartment so I had to go outside in my pajamas anyway.

The food wasn't bad, but they often forget items. When they do, they don't refund you, or bring the missing item in a second run. So food's good, but service is poor.

I know that this restaurant has received bad reviews but I really like places with a "build your own salad" option so I was willing to gamble. I have ordered from here 5 times and they have dropped the ball 3 times with late deliveries and mistakes with the order. Tonight was the last straw. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get the delivery. The food was cold. The order was incorrect. The broccoli was not fresh (it was almost yellow.) I'm embarassed that I kept ordering from this place! I got a refund and will not order from here again.

For everyone complaining: THIS IS A CROWN FRIED CHICKEN. Of course they are not going to have the best ingredients, but that is why the food is so cheap. I have never had a problem with delivery times. You get what you pay for. That's all I'm saying.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a cobb salad. The burger was cheap meat that didn't even taste like beef, and the tomatoes were not ripe. The bacon was decent at least. It was edible, but honestly a little worse than something from McD's. The cobb salad had overcooked, dry, oily chicken; undercooked hard-boiled eggs; and lettuce which had been washed but not drained (so the whole salad was soggy before I added any dressing). It was worse than the worst salad I've gotten at those kiosks in airports. I usually give any new place a couple of chances, but I don't think I will this time. Aside from the food, delivery was fast, and the burger was still hot and the salad cold. I would give them a point for that, but unfortunately, the cup of salad dressing was only half-closed and leaked all over the bag.
