I ordered here a few times and never had any problems. Ive had the chicken soup, empanadas and Cuban sandwich and enjoyed all of it. Food arrived in time and I thought it was good. There's a decent chickpea salad/sauce that comes with the empanadas & sandwich.. It gave both good flavor.

cuban sandwiches were a shame - the pickles were tasteless so the acid/brine element which is to complement the cheese and ham was missing. the roast pork tasted like it'd been cooked a week ago. empanadas were soggy and doughy. overall - a yuck. but delivery was timey

My first time ordering from here and my food never came. After the food was 30 minutes late I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and I only got a busy signal. I had to call Seamless and they finally got through after 20 minutes--the restaurant said they had delivered the food (false) but that they did not receive a signed receipt (true, because I never got a receipt to sign!). Seamless was able to refund my order but I will never order from these guys again. Order from here at your own risk.

I have ordered from this place a few times, and have been to the restaurant in person a few times as well. Always consistent and great food, though I usually get the same thing every time, lol! While the food is always good, I am definitely giving this place 5 stars because of the service! I ordered my usual, the pork chop, recently and when it arrived it was ice cold and tough to cut through let alone chew. I was super disappointed because it has always arrived nice and hot and cooked more almost perfectly. I called, honestly not expecting much because these days when you call to complain to an establishment they make it out to be your fault, tell you they'll give you a credit for next time (as if I'm jumping at the chance to order from you again) and are rude, frankly. The woman who answered could not have been more opposite. The second I said my meal was cold, she asked me for my address and what I ordered. I told her, and she immediately said she was sending another one to me right away and it would be there within a few minutes. She apologized many times and could not have been nicer and more professional about it. I was pleasantly surprised and super appreciative. It arrived quickly, the delivery guy was very nice and my new meal was piping hot and cooked perfect. I will definitely be a customer again and wish every place handled their customers like this! Thanks again!!

It says rate the food, but that's a misleading standard for someone trying to choose a restaurant. Food is 4-star, delivery is 2-star. When the food is hot, it's very good; when it's cold, it's tasty and edible, but disappointing. Unfortunately, it usually arrives cold. The delivery is hit or miss, but more often miss. Wait times of over an hour are common (a little over 90 minutes was the longest for me). But the hanger steak sandwich & cuban are really good, ropa is great, chickpea salad and the most basic salad are very good too (dressing on the basic salad is delicious). Poor delivery hasn't deterred me from repeatedly ordering, I just factor in a longer wait.

The food took 90 minutes to arrive and was cold and soggy. The fried green plantains were dry and tasteless. Maybe they normally do well, but this order was a disaster.

The delivery from this place was mediocre at best. I ordered the $3.50 flan (which may have been a bad idea to begin with) and they sent a small square of chocolate cake that was worth approximately 25 cents.

Really very good. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and preparation. Much better than most delivery food. Had the scrambled eggs with cheddar, snow peas and chorizon. Very good. Nice tasting rice came with it. Great non greasy and very crisp cuban sandwich.. with a little side of nice chickpea salad. Corn on the cob was very crisp and well flavored. Impressed.

Chickpea Salad is what we always get here and now that they deliver on Seamless, we'll probably order that more. It's really good. With regards the the other items, we've eaten there quite a bit and we still haven't had that one item that has blown us away. Everything is average but worth the price if you really want Cuban food.

I was so happy to see this restaurant added to seamless. The food is delicious and so is the presentation. Delivery was fast. Can't say enough good things about this place. The Filetillo is to die for. I also like the brownie they always throw in.
