extremely rude staff. called to find out about one the menu items, as there was no descriptor on the menu, and was placed on hold for an inordinate amount of time. had to call back and someone finally picked up and seemed sort of annoyed and impatient about my question. will not be ordering from here.

Wasn't so impressed with the expensive sandwich I ordered (avocado). It frankly wasn't that tasty... I think I could have made a better one myself. It wasn't terrible, it just wasn't anything to write home about...

Food was not prepared properly. I ordered the steak rare and it came medium, at best. I got a phone call after the delivery window as to guide the delivery boy to my apartment. The coke given to me was fountain coke with ice, with no prior knowledge. Food was expensive and not very good, and especially overpriced - even when you take into account that the portions were large.

Tuna melt was not good at all. . .i actually ended up just eating the bread with some cheese on it because I was starving. The tuna salad itself just didn't taste right.

this is the 3rd time in a row I have asked for something as simple as mustard to be included with my order and it wasnt included. They also sent toast with no butter. Clearly their attention to minor details isnt good.

I order lunch from this restaurant nearly every day. Delivery is fast and courteous, the food is absolutely delicious and the price is surprisingly reasonable for the portions provided. Highly recommend!
