Da Nonna Rosa

As one who loves angel hair in any sauce, I LOVE Italian restaurants that will substitute the pasta for me!! Cappellini with basil pesto was delicious!! I also LOVE that Nonna Rosa delivers hot coffee all day!! :)

I cannot count the number of times I've eaten here since they opened. I've never been disappointed. Great food, extremely friendly and attentive staff. Delivery always arrives on time and food is always hot. I think I've tried everything on the menu - everything is good. Personal favorite is the Chicken Parma. I believe this is the most reliably great restaurant in Park Slope. Highly recommended!

Soggy pizza, difficult to eat. Meatballs were mostly breading, very little flavor. Pesto chicken was alright. Don't think we'll be ordering from here again. Stick with Piccoli, folks.

Consistently great food and an incredibly friendly staff. There was a single time that they forgot part of my order, but I didn't realize it until after they had already closed. My gf called them the next day and they sent over the missing portion right away. Love them.

Ugh; multiple issues. First, the order took almost two hours to get here. Yes, it's a Friday, but I never have to wait so long for other places in the area! I doubt the slowness was due to overwhelming orders... They forgot the Calamari Fritti from my Antipasto Sampler. And those 'buffalo' wings aren't buffalo, just fried. My Orecchiette Barese had HUGE chunks of garlic; some cloves were just cut in half. No one wants to chomp down on a half clove like that. Also, I love broccoli rabe, but it was overpoweringly detergent-y tasting tonight. The dish was very unbalanced... Bleh.

Absolutely delicious. I LOVE love love their baked clams - you will get addicted to them. And they actually hold up in delivery. Garlicky, lemony, and wonderful. I also love their eggplant parmagiana, which a lot of Italian places do halfheartedly. Their sauce is lovely, there's lots of cheese, and the eggplant doesn't taste too fried. Their orecchiette is super soft and wonderful. Have also enjoyed their salads - I want to try everything! Keep these guys in business.

By far the worst eggplant parm hero I have ever had. Bread was soggy and in some places burnt, and there was no flavor in the sauce. I ended up throwing it out. Caesar salad was fine, although doused in dressing - I would recommend ordering dressing on the side. My husband said his chicken marsala was really dry and bland. As others said, delivery is extremely slow. So many other good reviews for this place. I can't figure this out. Maybe it was an off night? Either way, I'm not going to risk ordering from here again to find out.

The salads are incredible, especially when you get them chopped - and they come with delicious pizza bread on the side. We've also ordered the gnocchi and cheesesteak hero several times and have never been disappointed. Love this place!
