Absolutely horrible. I ordered chicken picatta and a caprese salad. The cheese on the salad was old and rubbery. The chicken picatta was dry and there were no capers or parsley. Just some lemon juice and what tasted like water. Also they dont give you pasta. Just two measly little potato wedges. i wish I could get my money back.

Ordered the Fettuccini Pomodoro E Basilico it was okay, nothing to write home about. The cheesecake wasn't made well at all. It was extremely dry. I'm sure they are good most days but they weren't the day I ordered. The delivery man also wouldn't walk up to my apartment claiming that the button wasn't working, which I then tried and it worked perfectly.

One of the better italian places in NY - don't be fooled that they are in the theatre district, the food is actually excellent. the salads are superb: tri colore or insalata verde, and the miestra di lenticchie and pasta e fagioli are also top notch soups. highly recommend the penne vodka or salmone alla mostarda as entrees.

They took two hours to deliver food and never called to explain why while advertising that they delivered in a half hour.

Food is okay, but Lobby security told me that delivery guy put my order on the floor while waiting for me to come down....great discount to the food and service quality after hearing that.

Good food, but don't have it delivered. Messy packaging and the delivery guy got lost, he couldn't find my big black building that's only one block from his restaurant (go figure). So he called and yells at me about time being wasted. Unbelievable. I told him to calm down and I had to talk him through as he walked one block of the restaurant to my building. Yeah seriously! I should've been the one yelling, because the purpose for delivery is to save MY time. I won't order from here again.
