Dreadful! I waited an hour for cold ribs that were full of fat. Don't order unless you are desperate for food...and even then..order carefully.

I'd definitely order from Dallas BBQ again. The food arrived quickly and was packaged well - the hot foods were hot and the cold foods still cold. I had a Caesar Salad and a bowl of chili. The salad greens were fresh and well portioned, the dressing was good, and the cheese is real shredded parm as opposed to the grated shaker-style parm a lot of other places give you. The chili wasn't the greatest chili ever, but the flavor was decent (I like mine a bit spicy with some sweetness to it, this was very tomato-flavored vs chili pepper) and it was filling - very meaty, as one would expect for Texas-style chili. Lastly, the cornbread that came with the meal was delicious.

In my experience, both delivery and pick-up orders take longer than their estimate says it will. I would adjust your expectations to add at least 15 minutes to what they say.
