I love the food, when they get it right which is rare. They always get one or more items wrong and never call, so I only order when I'm in a tolerant mood though at their prices, it'spretty unforgivable. Their lobster cobb is a treat, when they don;t forget the lobster! And the deserts are an adventure as they send what they have rather than what you order. However, the touch of sophistication, and unfortunatley the price to go along with it, is sometimes worth the mistakes. It's definitely more refined than most! They only get 3 stars for the mistakes, but on a perfect day, they are a 5 star!

Delivery took an hour and 15 mins. Soup was warm, but truffle fries were soggy and popover cold. Better to eat in than have delivered.

I love it! I find the salads to be fresh and generously sized. The Asiago fries are to die for. Delivery times can be long as others have mentioned, but I have never gotten cold food. I would order online more often, but prices are high.

Waited for 1.5 hours, and the Cobb salad came with one dressing on the side, which I actually ordered it mixed in. Second salad arrived, wrong dressong. Never again.

No way the lobster salad had 1/2 pound of lobster, and it is quite annoying to be called and told that the delivery guy is in the lobby and then go downstairs and have to wait several minutes for him to actually arrive.

Delivery was to across the street, and it took over an hour. The food was cold so I didn't enjoy it - maybe it was good hot, maybe it wasn't. Cold fries with cheese (with 1 packet of ketchup) and a soggy sandwich. Whoever answered the phone could have been a little more courteous too. Obviously, they bank on the non suspecting tourists/shoppers that go during the day.

The macaroni and cheese was good, not amazing-it was creamy and the chives were a nice touch. Everyone that ordered it added a bit of salt, but I'd rather receive an order that's not salty enough than one that's too salty. The vanilla creme brulee & strawberry shortcake were delicious but the chocolate chip cookies were dry and crumbly. The food came in neat, reusable containers and overall the meal was a good value.

Wildly overpriced but I never find myself regretting my purchases from this place. And they provide complimentary after-meal sweets sometimes.
