I always order from the same few places so I tried Delectica because it had such stellar reviews. Well, maybe today was just an off day, but truthfully I won't be giving a second chance: - Split pea soup was not good - mediocre in flavor and strange in consistency (al dente peas?!). - "No tomato please." - Request not honored. - "Please make sure delivery person can get to suite xxxx / xxth floor. PHOTO ID REQUIRED. Thank you! :)" - Request not honored, had to leave meeting to meet delivery person in lobby, after getting called. This is extremely frustrating. - Called to tell me they couldn't make a made-to-order sandwich without cheese. Asked if I could cancel my order. Lady said "just this once" they'll do it for me. Guess what? Won't have to worry about doing it again.

Horrible delivery service.. had a 40-55 minute wait.. after 70 minutes called and they still hadn't left yet. Absolutely terrible
