Delizia 92

Is there new owners or a new chef? We have been ordering our pizza and entrees from Delizia 92 for the past 8 years. Will not order again after tonight. First, we ordered on Seamless at 7:05pm. At 8pm we called to find out our food had not been sent out. When it arrived at 8:25pm our order was wrong. When I called to speak with someone they told me my order did not say what I asked for and then put me on hold and didn't come back. We have ordered the Veal Piccata for years and it has been the best we have ever tasted. We don't know who prepared it tonight but it was not the same and we could not eat it. The other dish was just as bad and again it was sent incorrectly. Really a shame about this restaurant. With the 2nd Ave subway situation we really felt badly and ordered from them often.

This is my favorite pizza place in all of Manhattan! You must get a slice of Basil/Mozzarella it's the best ever! Whether eating in or getting delivery, Delizia has great service as well!

Delizia is right! I ordered the seafood risotto; it was quite delicious and comforting. Fresh clams, shrimp, and crabmeat. Yum...Fell right asleep afterwards...

Delizia is quick, reliable and accomodates requests for additions and/or substitutions. I have never had a bad experience with them.

I have been going to delizia (73rd street location) for years 15 maybe? They are consistent! The 92nd street location is not as great, but still a good pick! The food is pretty good! they have the standard American Italian list. everything is really tasty. I love their pizza, we order 3 to four times a month, and i usually get a large cheese pie and the string bean salad. other options that i would reccomend are the chicken parm. and eggplant parm. All around this is a great neighborhood American Italian restaurant. It is definitely not like real Italian food, but they are a great restaurant, and the prices are just right! Buon Appetito!

My longtime UES standard while living here for several years. Pasta w/Meat Sauce and Meatballs are always fresh, and they are very fast to deliver from every time I've tried. Pizza is good too, but I usually stick to the pastas so I can't really rate. Feel bad for Delizia due to the 2nd Ave MTA construction, I hope take-out and delivery are doing well for them even if the in-house is not due to noise/missing sidewalk areas.

Delizia has always been fast and delicious and so amazingly priced! The fett. alfredo is always hot and yummy, never too garlicly or oily. all of their soups are amazing in the wintertime to shake that cold right out of you at dinner time. I highly recommend them!

It delivers on what it should be.....good Italian food, prepared in a timely manner, and consistent. I order from here all the time and I'm pleased. Price is right and they are nice people.

Usually love the pizza but I ordered right when they opened and the pizza came all mushed in the box, un even cuts and the dough was super chewy.

Ordered on a quiet Thursday night and it took over an hour for delivery. Don't believe the 20-40 min. estimated delivery time. Truly disappointing for average food.
