Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I will never order from this location again. They absolutely refused to make my sandwich without tomatoes and then argued with me when I asked for an explanation. How silly is that?

ordered a create-your-own salad and carrot cake....the apples in my salad were mushy, there was two pieces of egg and so much spinach i could have made another salad--the chicken was the only bright spot. and for almost 4bucks, i would expect a larger piece of cake that wasn't a square inch, mass-produced/store bought, slice of cardboard...ugh!

I have since reordered numerous times and have been completely satisfied with both the food and the service. It's a great go to place for lunch. I have only ordered from here once and I'm hoping that the next time I order that I can change this to a higher rating as I've heard good things about them hence why I ordered from them. Anyways, the reason I am giving them one star at this time is because I ordered the egg salad sandwich and was expecting to receive an old fashioned egg salad made with just mayo, maybe some onions, celery and pepper and salt. What arrived was an egg salad sandwich which was made with mayo and mustard (perhaps dijon). I wish they had a description and then I wouldn't have ordered the sandwich as it was not to my liking - so just a head's up if you don't like mustard in your egg salad don't order it. **UPDATE***Ok, since this is a rate the food star I have to leave it as a one, but if I could, I would give D&B themselves a 5. I wrote an e-mail regarding my food experience and actually received a phone call back from them the same afternoon. They apologized and said that they were sorry to hear I didn't like the egg salad, offered to buy me a meal in the future and mentioned that next time I order it I could just specify that I wanted mayo only no mustard and that the sandwich would be made that way. Great customer service which made me feel appreciated.

Delivery was speedy! Chicken Salad Sandwich is just okay, I recommend the blackened chicken panini and/or the blackened chicken quesadilla.....they rock! The Build your own salad with spinich and grilled chicken is also amazing if you are trying to go healthy. The delivery guy doesn't carry change so I suggest you put the tip on your card.

the service is fantastic - the food is almost always really good - but just ordered a salad that got here really quick which I appreciate but it was so soggy I couldn't eat it.
