Devon & Blakely (15th St. NW)

Horrifyingly bad customer service. I wont order from them again. This is only one of three Devon & Blakelys very close to my office. This one shouldn't even be on the list.

Food was great, but took an eternity for the food to arrive. The restaurant is 2.5 blocks from my office where the food was delivered, so the delay was not related to a long delivery commute. The food is all pre-made. How could it possibly take a long time to get the orders put together and out the door???

I just have to write about how impressed I am by their delivery speed. My confirmation email clocked in at 1:23, and by 1:38 someone handed me my full order. 100% correct and super delicious. I've always liked D&B and when they first opened my coworkers and I used to go quite often. Now that lunch trips are rarer and work loads are bigger, I'm so pleasantly surprised by their wonderful delivery service. I was also told by the manager (back when I visited a lot) that they offer their leftovers to homeless shelters. I hope that's still true and something done at all locations. If so, it's just another great reason to support them.

Why is soda no longer listed on your Menu? You used to only list cans of soda - which is a hassle for anyone that wants a bottle - but now all soda listings are gone. What gives?

I've ordered delivery a few times bc they're fairly timely and the food is tastes fresh...however, I have yet to receive an order that is 100% correct... Even though I have noted to leave off mayo or mustard, the sandwich has shown up with the unwanted condiment anyways. Today I ordered the roasted turkey sandwich and they actually left off the mustard, but then neglected the tasty cranberry spread as well. Is it too much to ask to have your order confirmation read all the way through? What's the point of the Special Notes section if they're going to ignore it anyways?

Food was great, hot and delivered before the estimated time. My only complaint was the chicken stew that was made with dark meat, but, it was still good. I just have a preference for white meat. I still highly recommend them and will order from them again.

Great experience. Delivery was quick. Food was good. The smoked salmon sandwich was exactly what I wanted and had plenty of salmon on it. They were out of the lobster bisque but a very friendly man called me to apologize and suggested that I replace it with the clam chowder which was good and hot! I would recommend it and I would order again.

Food quality is pretty consistent, but delivery service is not. I'd say they get something wrong 20% of the time, like substituting a Diet Coke for a Coke or neglecting to add extra bread (which is paid for). They also often run out of items by 2 pm.

This place has the best food I have ever tasted! The order is always hot and flavorful! Even the selection of drinks are amazing! I am so glad I someone told me about them! I will never order anywhere else.

Normally love this place. Not so much this time. Food was 45 mins late and they weren't even apologetic about it.. Iced coffee and panini were packed together so the panini was cold and the coffee spilled all over everything in the bag. Really not pleased.
