Devon & Blakely (52nd/5th)

I am tired of stale and boring daily food. They are all the same no matter how they are called. But these guys ( Devon and Blakely) do stand out from the rest It's the greatest quality food around here (50ths streets and 5-6 av). I liked them when I worked in the WTC many years ago. And they still maintain their quality.

Terrible! Chicken Gumbo was just broth and tomato rice soup was just tomatoes, no rice. Another example of poor quality control on delivery and to-go orders. Have to place them in the penalty box for a while and order from someone else.

Ordered a tuna salad under the impression that it would contain, well, salad. The description says it comes with tomato and a hard-boiled egg. All I received was a tub of tuna, and no salad, no tomato, and no egg. Tuna tasted fine though, I guess.

Delivery was really late. Ordered at 10:20 am for 12 noon delivery. Actually arrived at 12:45 pm. Not good for a business lunch. Looks especially bad when told the delivery is 2 minutes away, 3 minutes, ... I could have gotten something for the client across the street but kept waiting. Big mistake. Delivery guy never even apologized. Calls to the restaurant were polite and eventually when I called to cancel the order (12:35 pm) they said to just accept the delivery when it does arrive at no charge. I'm grateful but we failed a business client.

15-30 minute delivery window.....literally 3 blocks away. 50 minutes and counting at this point and of course when I call, they say...its on its way.....very annoying.

This was the worst meal I've ever ordered from SeamlessWeb. The food was absolutely horrible. I will never order from this place again.

I requested my order to be delivered at 12:30pm . I didnt receive it until after 1pm. It was soup and it was lukewarm.

The famous chicken wrap isn't a wrap at all - but a tortilla that is mushy, and covered in cheese. The spinach in the wrap isn't fresh, and the flavor is very strange. The chicken caesar salad is horrible - the lettuce isn't washed, they glob a pound of cheese to try to cover up the fact that the "salad" is just dirty lettuce, a few unripe tomatoes, and mushy croutons. The proscuitto and mozzarella sandwich is too dry - my co-worker had to dip it in the caesar dressing to make it edible. Overall, NOT impressed, won't order again.
