a little over 2 hours for my food. Clearly was cold, but the fact the manager apologized and said next order on the house is a great sign of customer service... I respect that. Update: put in the 'comped meal' order, delivery took 90minutes for a off-peak hour (3pm on a weekday) and had to contact them again to explain that it was 'comped meal'. All the other Dig Inn's are fine this location is just managed horribly.

Very disappointed! This is the second and last time I will be ordering from the Dig Inn! I decided to give them a second chance after they sent me a small cold dish when I ordered and paid a large. This evening at 9:00pm I ordered a small meatball with three sides, a lentil soup and a choc milk shake. When my order still had not arrived at 10:05pm I called and received no answer. I looked on their website and it says they close at 10:00pm. Just then my buzzer rang and received a melted shake, stone cold soup and a dish of just cold sides! Yup they didn't even give my entree! It's not that hard! I can understand sometimes food gets cold and things melt but forgetting to include the entree is inexcusable! Now they are closed and there is nothing I can do about it, beside reheat my stone cold soup and sides! I don't even want to give them one star but because I can't post a review without giving a star I have to! My guess is they were so busy trying to close by 10:00 they for got to included my entree! - very unhappy and hungry

Digg Inn is amazing. The spicy meatballs are the best, closely followed by the beef and salmon. Brussle sprouts are my current favorite side. Bring back the spaghetti squash!

I'm not a huge fan of the winter vegetables but the other 'build your own marketplace' options are quite delicious and I like the option to add vegetarian chili (or a soup) as a side for a discounted price. Digg Inn is a great option for a healthy, seasonal and sustainable delivery dinner!

I really like Dig Inn. They have satisfying, healthy dishes and great juices. Lighter than most self-proclaimed health focused places but still full of flavor. A little pricey, but well worth the dough.

The food from Dig Inn is good. My problem was the delivery time. I placed an order and it said it would be delivered in 15-30 minutes. After 35 minutes, I called to find out the status of my order only to learn that it hadn't left yet and that it would be another 10-15 minutes. I don't mind waiting 45 minutes to an hour for my food, but just don't mislead the customers to thinking their lunch will be delivered within the half hour. It turned out their general policy was that they don't even begin deliveries until 11 and I ordered slightly before 10:40... so that is something that needs to be corrected in their system.

Ordered at 815pm. Called at 930 to find out where the food is, seems they got busy, ran out of hot veggies and ordered hadn't been packed yet. Cancelled order. Won't order from here again.

Beware of ordering from this restaurant! Our food showed up an hour late, and they were out of a bunch of sides and toppings and replaced them without contacting us.

Food is pretty good, but the delivery guy is not qualified to be a delivery guy. Ordered ot the office, he calls and said he is in the lobby, I waited in the lobby for 8 minutes and then gave up and went back up... he calls again, said "I was two blocks away, I'm in the lobby now".. went back down and he wasn't there... in the lobby on the other side of the building (has a different address). 15 minutes wasted, I'll just walk there and pick up next time?

Great food, totally healthy and delicious! I just wish I would get the fresh juice I ordered, it's consistently a different one, so that's a bit annoying.

Fast, healthy, and pretty tasty. Deliver has always been on time and I personally like the food. It's nice to have a somewhat healthy option -- the food is prepared "cafeteria style" -- not made to order, but it still tastes very good. One thing to note is that when you "build your own marketplate" it's not worth it to order any extra sides -- either way the fixed size box gets filled up. So, if you order another side you won't get more food, you'll just get slightly less of each side.

This place used to be amazing when it was called Pump Energy Food. The change was such a disappointment. Food tastes ok, but it's not as good as before. There is so much less to choose from. I ordered a plate for lunch and I liked it. Delivery took almost an hour though. I'd give it a much higher rating but my experience the next day was upsetting. I walked there to get exactly the same meal I ordered the day before, and saw that they had delivered me a smaller size container and charged me for a larger platter.
