Ditch Plains (Upper West Side)

Ordered honey mustard on the side with my chicken fingers, it came in a little container, they made it themselves! Above and beyond! Also came with salt water taffies, such a sweet treat! This shiz is straight up deloychoius. It's off the chertz. - Jean Ralphio

Amazed at the negative reviews. Have had quite a few excellent delivery meals from Ditch Plains. (Agree that the chopped salad is pricey, though!_

After reading all of the other reviews, we were very wary about ordering from here. Love eating in at the restaurant but worried their delivery service wasn't as good. However, we were very pleasantly surprised! All of our food came hot, well packaged, and delicious. I ordered the ditch dogs and was worried how it would be sent - specifically asked for the mac and cheese to be packaged separately, but not sure if that was standard. All tasted great!

I'm eating my $21 (against my better judgment) seafood cobb salad right now, and while the delivery was quicker than promised, this salad is missing half its ingredients! I've had this in the restaurant before and loved it. But this one -- no bacon, two thumbnail size pieces of avocado and about 4 cherry tomatoes. I guess there is egg in here, but its crumbled so finely, it has no taste. I'm over you, Ditch Plains.

Grilled cheese for our son was burnt to a crisp on both sides of the bread, which is difficult to do on the cheese side. Took over an hour to replace, so had to make one out of a hamburger bun in the meantime. THIS PLACE HAS FALLEN IN QUALITY. Bad in the restaurant as well. Order from a diner. Prices aren't worth it. Manager is incompetent. Sent other order before correcting ours even though for a kid. HE SHOULD BE FIRED.

Ditch Plains! Too bad, Chips in the Fish & Chips are not good. The best is the battered fish! If they would only remember to deliver the tarter sauce. It will be the only reason you order - and the one thing they will not include. One bad delivery, your fault. Twice, my fault. Three times and Ditch Plains is out! Sorry, I see why the 'Stars' are rapidly falling!

So sad, we always order from here and the food and service has been consistently great, but today it was terrible. wrong order, burned bun, random/mysterious hot dog pieces in a vegetable orzo side. all wrong. Please Please Please go back to the way you were. thanks.

Consistent. Great food delivered within reasonable time. One of our go to Uws delivery places. The one time they screwed up they immediately fixed it. Nothing but good things to say.

I've been to the restaurant before and the food has always been great. The issue with delivery is that more often than not the food shows up cold and inedible. Most recently, it was 30 minutes late and no part of my order was edible. Perhaps worst part was 20 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund. I would stick to dining-in.

restaurant did not even call me to inform they were out of the food that i ordered. had to call restaurant to find out after patiently waiting for food to be delivered. no apologies from them neither. bad service after all.

OMG the worst food EVER!! Nothing I ordered was good. It took forever and was cold when I got it. I gave it a second chance, but the food was even worse the 2nd time. The fish I ordered actually had an odor! I give up. It's too expensive to keep gambling like this.

Fare. Quality is better at my local diner, and the service was absolutely awful. Delivery took 90 minutes and everything was stone cold when it arrived.

Wow, don't order from here. This 12 dollar sloppy joe is about the size of a very small apple. Food is WAY over PRICED for the Portions you get.

I ordered a burger, fries, and bbq chicken wings. Everything was excellent. The fries were still crispy, the burger and wings were flavorful. I will order from them again.
