Don Giovanni Ristorante (10th Ave)

We live very close by, so our food is always hot and delivery is quick. Decent pasta and pizza, it is definitely one of our neighborhood favorites for delivery.

Spaghetti with meat sauce was deeee lisshh ous. i ordered sausage on the side, thinking the meat sauce wouldn't be enough.. which was not the best decision The sausage was just okay and had a very mild gamey taste. There was plenty of meat sauce and ordering a side of sausage was unecessary and may have been disappointing. The meat sauce was incredibly savory and flavorful. The cold antipasti with ham, salami, cheese, and olives was good too. But the spaghetti is absolutely something I would re-order.

They say the delivery time is 20 to 35 minutes. An hour later, I still don't have my food. When called the manager for help, two times, they said "it's coming." Don't order from here unless you have a lot of time to wait.

Waited over an hour even though the confirmation email said 25 minutes. OVER AN HOUR. Pizza was acceptable but we were starving. Delivery guy was rude. Will not order for delivery again.

They consistently get the order wrong. They are constantly extremely rude. Talked to the owner (Marilyn) who was even more rude than her employees. Stay clear of this place!

Skip the entrees and any complicated pasta dishes. The pizza is good, Patsy's is better. I only ever order the spaghetti with meat sauce. This one basic they get just right. (Carrots in the gravy, the old fashioned way).

Delicious large salads and excellent pizza. Try the Bella Mia. May seem odd to put an egg on your pizza but it works. Delivery takes a while but it's hot when it gets here. Crust isn't terribly crisp, but it's not soggy either. Certainly the best thin crust pizza I've had delivered.

I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. I've eaten here both in the store and for delivery many times, and it's so good. i've never had the pizza, but the pasta here is great. so are the garlic knots. the one thing i had that i didn't like, however, was the eggplant appetizer.

READ THE REVIEWS - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Negative 5 stars. Even if you are drunk this food would not taste good. Not only did I wait an hour and a half to receive this "Italian Dish" but when it finally arrived it was ice cold and disgusting. I wish I could add a photo here so you could see how sick this was. I tasted it and it tasted just as vile as it looked. And if you make the grave mistake of placing an order, email Seamless Web because they should take this vendor off their site. PUTRID!

why is it they're the ONLY restaurant I order from that can't make it within the estimated delivery time?? and when you call to check on your order, there's never an explanation or apology. its NYC- waiting 1+ hour for a pizza/salad is ridiculous. never again.
