absolutely the worst experience of ordering online ever. first of all, they are categorized under cuban & latin american, but claim that it's a caribbean restaurant hence their food is prepared differently. i had to look at the menu again to confirm that it did indeed say that the dish i ordered was CUBAN style, not carribbean. when i called the restaurant, the lady argued with me about the food, claiming that i got what i ordered, and its too bad that it wasn't prepared the way i wanted it. she refused to give me a refund, saying "its only 10 dollars". the service is unacceptable on top of the food & their menu.

Everything that we order from Don Pedro is excellent. The food is a little "pricey". The Chicken Monfongo is one of our favorites

Food was fine, but delivery estimate of 30-45 min not accurate when the food arrived after 1 hour and 10 min. When I called to inquire when the delivery person left they had no idea, but on his way. Would be nice if they carried their own pen if they want you to sign the paper.

Ignore the 15-30 minute delivery estimate. This place takes at least 45 minutes, plus the delivery guy sent us the wrong food. Total debacle, which is a shame because the menu looked interesting.

i used to go to don pedro frequently until one night we went and they were busy, then i was very disappointed: the service was inattentive and slow, the food was late and not good at all and I knew this because I had asked for the same dish before and it was good before. Again, i tried their lunch menu and was again disappointed at their inconsistency. I ordered a dish I had previously, and re-ordered again. This time it was dry, ingridients were changed, the rice it came with tasted dry and stale as if it was old rice.
