I like Donatella but I have to share my experience today. We ordered two pizzas and quickly got a phone call informing me that they no longer make the Carita. She suggested an alternative and I said yes, but could they please put anchovies on it since that is what attracted us to the Carita. She complained that the new pizza is already $1 more expensive and that anchovies would make it even more expensive but they cannot charge us since Seamless already charged the order. I told her that since they messed up their menu I did not feel that it was my problem. She said she would ask the Chef. The pizza came with *2* anchovies. Seriously? The food is good but you should treat regulars that live on your block with more courtesy.

Very high delivery fee of $35 almost makes it seem that they don't want to have a delivery business. I've eaten there many times in person and the food and service is always excellent, but their delivery is a miss. The pizza arrived cool (I live 1 block away) and arrived in a snappy 30 minutes, but was actually uncut. They're 'new' to seamless delivery so I'm hoping the quality improves, but I'll give it awhile before I put in another order.
