I placed this delivery order for 4 people at 10:45AM with a delivery request of 12:15PM. I received a call at 11:30AM that it would be late. I asked if I came to pick it up if it would be ready at 12:15? Yes- no problem. So I walked over, waited until 12:45PM and left. The GM assured me everything was in my bags, and they apologized they had a lot of large catering orders... etc. I get back- of course, my boss who had dietary concerns and restrictions which were CLEARLY noted were not followed. How hard is it to put "salsa on side please!!!". We will NOT be ordering from here again. Not worth the hassle.

I never received a confirmation email when order was placed. I called Dos Caminos 30 minutes later and the host informed me that they never received the order from seamless. Annoyed with the "system" error I told them to proceed with the order, they confirmed and email was then sent. 10 to 15 minutes later they then called back to confused about my order request "please put sauces on side", not so sure what is confusing about that request. THEN another 10 minutes later they called to inform me that they were out of 2 entrees that were ordered. Management called to apologize however, 45 minutes later and the order wasn't even given to the kitchen?? Not cool Dos Caminos! Management told us that they would "make it up" to us, requested our email. Still haven't received the "make up" gesture.

Food is good, prices are so-so, but delivery time is terrible. The restaurant is two blocks away, but delivery takes over an hour. I've ordered here a few times and it's always the same. Time to find a new Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood.

Don't order from here if you're in a time crunch. I was given a window of between 25 and 40 minutes and it took almost an hour. Most of the food was OK, but there were a couple of dishes (especially the carne parrillada cazuella) that looked like 3 day old dog food. No one in our group of 10 even touched it, it looked that disgusting. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere for delivery...

Problem with the order, but they fixed it and comped the meal so I'm happy. Great food!

I called myself splurging on a $30 lunch today that consisted of the Pollo Asado Tacos en Cazuela (chicken tacos with peppers, refried beans and Mexican street corn served fajita-style) and the Bizcocho de Coco (pina colada cake with prickly pear coulis. What I got was a cold meal where my "tacos and sides" were all smushed together on one side of a mostly empty takeout container, 1/3 of a cob of corn, 3 gummy corn tortillas and NO plasticware or napkins. The only redeeming factor to this horrific excuse of a special lunch was the pina colada cake, which was pretty delicious. If I did decide to patronize this restaurant again, it would be in person, because the takeout service is in need of some serious improvement.

If you order there is basically no way to get in touch with them, since the number they give out is a switchboard, and they don't pick up their extensions. A nightmare if you want to change or clarify anything, or are wondering where your food is.
