I ordered L.A. Kalbi Dosirak and Pajeon. Kalbi was absolutely delicious. Soft and juicy. But Pajeon was a bit disappointing. Not enough veggies in it. But since Kalbi and other stuff was very good I'm giving 4 starts.

Just had the absolute worst experience with the delivery person. Was in the middle of a call when got a call from the driver telling to meet her downstairs to pick up the order. When I noted I couldn't she got defensive. When she finally delivered the order she muttered something to the effect of "more pretty persuasion, less attitude." I'm paying delivery and tip for this? Threw away the food after that. The restaurant did call me personally to discuss the issue and noted that they outsource the delivery and will be looking to resolve. However, until it's resolved would NOT order delivery from this restaurant. Would give no ratings for this but a star rating is required for the review. Food/value 3-4 stars but the delivery service obliterates that. Would not trust their current delivery team with the food. This is a trust and possible health issue.

Some of food is ok, but they make you come down and get your food at the curb when 99% of other restaurants will walk it up. It's the little things.
