Duccini's Pizza

I placed an order at 8:30pm. The driver arrived at 9:18pm (not bad). When I got back to my apartment I realized that the driver had only delivered half of my order, and had not provided the mozzarella sticks included in the order. Additionally, the stromboli I received was not warm. I called the driver, and he acknowledged that he had forgotten to deliver half of the order and said he would be "back in a minute". After waiting for 20 minutes and no sign of the driver, I called the restaurant at 9:40pm and spoke with a manager. The manager was apologetic and told me that I would not be charged for my order as a result of their errors. At 10:02pm, I received a call from the driver saying he was downstairs to deliver the rest of my order. I went downstairs and he handed me a bag of cold french fries, apologized, and told me he didn't know what happened to my mozzarella sticks. AND....they still charged me which I'm currently disputing through Seamless/Visa. HORRIBLE

After my meal being delivered wrong it took them an additional 45 mins to send me the correct order. Pathetic and I won't order from here again.

I'm on a mission to find a great delivery pizza in my neighborhood. So far this place gets top slot out of the 4 or 5 I've tried. The sauce is a just a bit sweeter than is typical, which is a plus for me. The delivery was within 40 minutes - well under the promised 55 minutes. One thing to note - if you are a veggie lover, like me, you'll need to have your oven pre-heating when the pie arrives. Duccini's makes a solid pizza, but it seems that no pizza place anywhere has unlocked the mystery of how to load up a pie with veggies and ensure the pie stays piping hot in transit. I just popped the pie into the oven for a few more minutes before eating it. Overall - very good pizza for the price.

I oredered a large with some veggie toppings and askd for it extra crispy. The pizza is great and came sooner than estimated -- I'm from New York so that is saying a lot. Duccini's is one of the best pizza options I've found so far on Seamless.

Took more than an hour to get our food. We put in an order through seamless.com at 8:32, and received a confirmation from the website, but when we called Duccini's around 9:10, the woman who answered said the delivery driver already left and was on his way. When we called again at 9:20, the manager said that they didn't receive the order until after 9, but the delivery driver was still "on his way". We don't live that far, so I'm not sure where the issue was, with the web site, or with Duccini's, but I did not appreciate how Duccini's handled the situation. I'm writing this while I'm STILL waiting for our pizza - it's 9:40 now.

Great pizza. Toppings were plentiful and the crust was chewy. House salad leaves a bit to be desired for the price. Delivery was within the time they predicted - about 50 minutes.

Not sure how this place received any five star ratings, because the toppings are scarce, the sauce thin and the crust uninspired as if it came straight out of the box. Not even close to a five star rating and I'm very suspicious how they received them. Also, I ordered two cans of ginger ale, but received a call that they only had coke, diet coke and water. So I settled on coke, but instead received diet coke. One mistake fine, but one after another is unforgivable. This place should be delisted for false ratings and terrible service.

Pizza is decent, but delivery TAKES FOREVER. Seriously, forever. Expect 1 1/2 hour wait at a minimum.
