Duke's

Food was good but the service was terrible. The estimated delivery time when I ordered was 30-45 minutes, so when I called after and hour and a half, I expected them to be apologetic. Instead, they treated me like I was to blame and I shouldn't be pestering them about my food. Very rude and inconsiderate - I will not be ordering from here again and I will make sure I tell everybody i know not to order from Duke's. Poor service is just as bad as bad food.

I was rather impressed with Duke's. My Southern Comfort Burger was large, flavorful, and the french fries were still warm. It's comfort food and delivery was extremely speedy (less than 15 minutes.) I will be back.

I've ordered dessert from Duke's twice and received a call from them both times after placing my order. Once to apologize for not having the item I wanted and offering to send more of a different. The second to make sure my request for "not nuts" was not because of an allergy issue. Good customer service and friendly people. Way to Go Dukes!

Great tasting food, and the delivery is usually pretty fast as well. I love their BBQ and the sliders. Can't go wrong with DUKES!

estimated time for food was 35-50mins. I ordered during the dinner rush, at 6:52pm however, after 3 calls to the restaurant, the food came cold at 8:19pm. I live 6 streets and 1 ave away. i would have picked up the food myself if they gave a realistic time frame for delivery. there are dozens of places worth waiting for. Duke's is not one of them

Obviously, this place hires geniuses to deliver their food. I actually got a call from this place telling me they refuse to deliver to my building because their delivery people "get lost all the time" in my neighborhood. I live on the corner of 23rd and 1st. If you get lost coming here, you should consider another occupation. Thanks, Duke's. Next time I'm thinking of coming to eat at your restaurant, I believe I might just get lost on the way there.

Excellent, juicy, huge, cooked as requested burgers, good sweet potato fries, good fountain drinks...will order again for sure.

Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, about 2 hours later, started to get stomach cramps. Fast forward 2 days diagnosed with the stomach flu. not good.

I ordered their honey bbq chicken tenders and herb mashed potatoes. The tenders were a bit soggy but the favors were good. Delivery time was as expected. Overall, the food and delivery service was good. I would order again, but I wouldn't order their tenders since they were not crispy.

Great Salads, sandwiches and burgers- ordered them many times and the portions are generous. Delivery was always quick and hot. Only tip is avoid the atomic fries etc, the sauce isn't very good.

Ordered the Piggly Wiggly. Home fries were all right, but the sandwich itself was too heavy on the eggs. Plus, deliveryman didn't bring side of muffins & strawberry butter (that apparently comes with the brunch items). I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered Uncle Bubba's Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - it was REALLY good. The fries were thick, crisp, and tasty as well. I ordered around 740pm on a Friday night with an estimated delivery of 30-45 minutes and it arrived in 20. I was satisfied to say the least.

This was such a waste of my money. I ordered the chicken fried steak and a chocolate milkshake, which cost me $30! The meat had no flavor besides all the gravy and sauce it was drowning in. Not the worst thing ever but not worth ordering ever. The milkshake was just a soupy concoction of milk and water, with a hint of chocolate, and ice chips! It was undrinkable. Plus it was tipped over in the bag so it leaked over everything. Don't waste your money on this food.
