Dukes - Murray Hill

I love dukes. Delivery wuss fast and the food is still hot when it arrives, so your fries aren't soggy and cold. Their sandwiches and burgers are awesome!

Duke's is always a good lunch option, albeit a little pricier than I'd like. It's close to my office so I always enjoy placing a pick up order when the weather's alright. I stay with the chicken sandwiches, but the burgers are good too. I also like that you can choose any side to swap out for the fries that come with sandwiches (though some will cost extra).

Duke's was always my favorite lunch spot when I worked at Union Sq., but I didn't know until recently that they had a branch by my new place in Murray Hill. I was so excited that I ordered the first day! I was a little nervous that it wouldn't be as good as a delivery meal, but although it took about 40 mins. (well worth the wait!) my chicken sandwich and potatoes were steaming hot and fresh as if they'd just come out of the kitchen. Deliveryman was friendly, too. Thanks, Dukes!!!

I have eaten at Duke's many times. However, I couldn't be more disappointed in the delivery. Not only was the food NOT HOT, but it was incorrect. We ordered the Southern Comfort Burger. It's supposed to come lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese (we ordered without cheese) and bbq sauce. The burger came with cheese and sauteed onions, and a piece of string!!!! THATS ALLLLLL. Nothing that was supposed to come on it did, and they replaced it all with onions. If we wanted onions we would have asked for them. It is a huge disappointment and we will certainly not be ordering from there again. I advise you to do the same.

Ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Rogan Josh, Samosas and Garlic Naan and everything was delicious! The food was delivered in 15-20 minutes which was quicker than the estimated time.

This is the first time that I have ever ordered a medium well burger and received a burnt burger. Not just well done, but legitimately burnt on both sides. Pathetic. I'm never ordering from this place again.

Amazingly consistent and has THE BEST DELIVERED FOOD in the entire city!! Ice cream comes ice cold, hot food is always delivered hot! They remember ALL the sides and the important parts & after many dozens of deliveries, I haven't caught a single mistake except one time they forgot my drink... they sent it along only minutes later. :-D

Gross. The sent us a flat soda in a cup with no ice. The "atomic cheese fries" were soggy, cold and not good (wholeheartedly ordered for the greasy fix.) The buffalo chicken sandwich was undercooked and dry. Pretty much a joke for $25 meal when most went into the trash. Much better places nearby and regret giving this place a chance. Two thumbs down.

Pretty decent BBQ for the neighborhood. Mac and cheese is always a good bet. Delivery is not the fastest but reliable. Sometimes they don't include plastic utensils so if you need some remember to ask.
