East Palace

I have ordered for East Palace at least 2x a week for the last 14 weeks - the same order. One soup. One egg roll. Today the order was 40 minutes late. The person I called could NOT HAVE BEEN MORE RUDE. Then when the order got here the egg roll was missing. I called - told him to bring the egg roll or refund me. He says he can ONLY refund everything and they will need to come pick up my soup...???? So I say, just bring the EGG ROLL. The egg roll has not arrived. There has been no refund posted to my account and then he HUNG Up on me.

i have tried chinese places all over the neighborhood but they always leave something to be desired. i just received a meal from East Palace and i have finally found my match--delicious..sauce is thick so i know they let it cook long enough. definitely recommend the diced chicken with cashew nuts!

This food was not very good. Egg drop soup was very salty without much flavor. Pork fried rice was mealy and not very good. The two chicken and the beef dishes we got were very bready and chewy. Will not order from this establishment again.

WORST PLACE EVER. OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF WAITING AND STILL NO FOOD. CALLED 3 TIMES AND SAID WAS A BLOCK AWAY. INITIAL DELIVERY TIME WAS 15-20 MIN. THEY SAID THEY MADE THE FOOD AND WOULD NOT REFUND.

Placed an order, waited over an hour, called to check and was told it was on the way. Waited another half hour, called again only for them to tell me it was delivered even though no one called me and I never received the order. Person on the phone did not seem too interested in getting the to bottom of why my food did not get to me. They did say "we will have to make you a new order" but at 10:30pm I gave up since there was no explanation. Will not be ordering from here again.

Fast delivery. Awful food. The wonton soup had no flavor besides salt. The boneless spare ribs were fatty and the chicken roll was just a big roll of grease.

This place is horrific. I ordered because of all the high ratings, and my food was delivered very promptly, but was disgusting. My fried rice was burned and my general tso's chicken was fatty and slimy with no taste. I'll never ever order from this place again.

1.5 hours late, food was old. Spring rolls overcooked and dry inside. moo shu shrimp was overcooked, watery, very sweet and had no tiger lily flowers in it. Shrimp toast was around the size of a postage stamp. Strange- almost exactly a month before the food was excellent.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! The meat definitely was not real chicken, I don't even want to know what animal they used to serve as their "chicken"
